からなり、回動側枢軸6を中心とする円弧状凸縁面部8
と該円弧状凸縁面部8に交差する円弧状凹縁面部9を9
0度間隔で回動側翼板4の軸受アーム部4aに設け、固
定側枢軸5を中心とする円弧状凸縁面部10と該円弧状
凸縁面部10に交差する円弧状凹縁面部11を90度間
隔で固定側翼板2の軸受アーム部2aに設け、固定側翼
板2の円弧状凸縁面部10と回動側翼板4の円弧状凹縁
