る、この時のモータ7への出力電流を電流検知装置13で
検知し、これを制御手段14の判別部で電流基準値と比較
して、負荷量を判別する。或るいは、負荷量検知IIで
は、モータ7へ通電しドラム3を回転させ、給水弁4を
開放し、流量検知装置9で給水流量を検知する、流量が
10/分以上であるか判定し、30秒たっても流量が10
/分以上とならない場合は、停止し表示/報知装置17に
てエラー表示及び報知を行う。流量が10/分以上であ
るなら、タイマの時間計測を開始し、水位検知装置8に
て設定水位になったら、給水弁4を閉成する。そして、
流量検知装置9での検知流量と、タイマでの給水時間の
計測値から、設定水位までの給水量を演算し、この演算
値を制御手段14の判別部で給水量基準値と比較して、負
荷量を判別する。即ち、前者では電流検知装置13及び制
御手段14が、後者では流量検知装置9及び制御手段14
が、それぞれ負荷量検知装置を主に構成するのである。
制御手段14はいずれの場合も、負荷量を細かく、或るい
は段階的に判別し、例えば負荷量が予め設定された設計
上の最大負荷量(定格)の1/4以下、1/2以下、3/4以
下、3/4以上の4段階を判別する。そして、第1図
(ロ)に示すように、最終脱水後のほぐし行程では、ま
ずカウンタCを0にし、制御手段にて判別されたドラム
内の負荷量に基づき比較手段で最大負荷量と比較し、こ
の比較結果から設定手段にて、負荷量に応じたほぐし回
転数に設定する、即ち、判別負荷量1/4以下では30r.p.
m.、3/4以下では40r.p.m.、3/4以上では45r.p.m.と設定
する。そして、カウンタCが3以下の場合は、モータを
左回転に3秒間−停止2秒間−右回転3秒間−停止2秒
間の1サイクルを行い、カウンタCに1を加える。これ
をカウンタCが3になるまで繰り返し行い、そして、ほ
