栓を取付けるので、次のような優れた効果がある。 (1)分水栓に抜け出し力が働いた場合、筒状金具の下

り、シール機構に不安がない。 (3)分水栓に大きな横方向の力が加わり、傾動して
も、ゴム輪の上端フランジ部とゴム輪の下端部の反転し
た環状突部の弾力で横方向力を無理なく吸収し、ゴム輪
を傷つけることなく、容易に屈曲することができる。 (4)ダクタイル管を穿孔した場合、ライニング層の円
孔縁の欠け割れ、剥離等の不安定な形状に対しても、分
水栓押し込み後のゴム輪の下部は開放状態なので、ライ
ニング円孔縁の形状に合った位置に収まり、止水部のゴ

ずつ回転させて引き上げるので、座屈部を生じず、成形
面と筒状金具の下端面の摩擦が少なく、拡径部の焼き付
き剥離等が発生しない。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 上端が開口し、かつ底部が下向き傾斜の
テーパ面に形成された軸孔を有し、該軸孔のテーパ面と
対向する周壁にフック部材突出用窓が切欠き形成された
主軸と、この主軸の軸孔に上下動可能に嵌合された可動
軸と、この可動軸の下端にピンで軸線に対し所定角度傾
動可能に枢支され、可動軸の下動により主軸のテーパ面
を摺動して傾動し成形面を前記窓から外方に突出するフ
ック部材とからなる拡径治具を具え、この拡径治具の主
軸の下端部外周面に取付部材の下端部に形成したフラン
ジ部と薄肉状の筒状金具の上端部に形成したフランジ部
が係合した該金具と取付部材を嵌入するとともに、ゴム
輪をその上端部に形成したフランジ部が筒状金具の下端
面に当接するように嵌入して支持した後、この筒状金
具、取付部材及びゴム輪を支持した拡径治具を下端部側
から流体管に穿孔した分岐口に押し込んで圧入し、前記
ゴム輪のフランジ部が流体管の外周面に接し、かつゴム
輪のフランジ部の上面に取付部材のフランジ部が接した
後、この両フランジ部の当接により筒状金具の下端より
下方に突出した主軸に対して可動軸を下動してフック部
材を傾動させて成形面を窓から外方に突出するように
し、しかる後に主軸を回転させるとともに、主軸を僅か
ずつ小刻みに上下動させて筒状金具の下端部をフック部
材の成形面によってプレスし、内側から外側に向かって
ラッパ状に拡径して外径が分岐口の口径よりも大きい拡
径部に成形することを特徴とする分水栓の取付方法。

拡径装置に拡径治具の主軸を昇降かつ回転する手動ハン
ドル付き昇降回転機構を設けたことを特徴とする分水栓
の取付装置。
