That is, the supply pressure when using the shower is about 1.5 to 3.0 kg / cm 2, comparable to that in Europe and the United States. The hot water supply equipment is not exposed on the outer wall because it is not desirable in design. Hot water comes out immediately when used, and the amount of hot water is abundant. The amount of hot water used can be accurately measured in each dwelling unit, and so on.

Among these hot water supply systems, the hot water supply system of (1) consisting of the individual hot water supply system + medium pressure electric water heater + circulation pump requires that an electric water heater be installed in each dwelling unit. Moreover, since it is necessary to install equipment for the hot water storage capacity and the electric heater container in accordance with the maximum usage amount, there is a problem that both the initial cost and the running cost increase.

In the case of the hot water supply system (2) consisting of a central hot water supply system and a calorie meter, hot water is circulated by a central circulation pump in order to prevent the temperature of hot water in each dwelling unit from decreasing. In this case, the amount of hot water circulating required to prevent the temperature from dropping is extremely small. Therefore, if the amount of hot water is to be measured, it will fall within the measurement error of the calorimeter installed in each dwelling unit. For this reason, integration of the amount of hot water used becomes inaccurate. Therefore, a method of heating the hot water supplied to each dwelling unit is adopted, but since this heating is performed by a common hot water supply pipe in the central part, that is, a collective dwelling unit, etc., a piping division for each dwelling unit becomes unclear, As a result, various troubles occurred between the dwelling units.

Therefore, instead of the hot water supply system composed of the central hot water supply method and the calorie meter of (2), a hot water supply system as shown in the configuration diagram of FIG. 2 has been proposed. In the hot water supply system shown in FIG. 2, a constant flow valve 21 is provided in a hot water supply pipe 20 in each dwelling unit, and a metering meter 22 is provided instead of a calorie meter. Further, in each dwelling unit, as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 3, a piping system is used in which the outgoing heating pipe 23 and the returning heating pipe 24 are tied together with the hot water supply pipe 20 and inserted into the heat retaining tube. Have been. In the hot water supply system of FIG. 2, hot water for heating is supplied to the outgoing heating pipe 23 without passing through the metering meter 22, and the hot water is heated so that the hot water sound of the hot water pipe 20 is not reduced. ing. In addition, in the example of FIG. 2, a constant flow valve 26 is provided in
When the temperature of the hot water supply pipe 20 is lowered, the hot water valve 27 is automatically opened so that hot water is automatically passed through the outgoing heating pipe 23.

<Problem to be Solved by the Invention> In the case of the hot water supply system shown in FIG. 2, although the hot water supply pipe in the common area and the pipe in the dwelling unit are tentatively separated, the hot water sound in the hot water supply pipe is reduced as described above. Since it is prevented from lowering, a part of the common part pipe is provided inside each dwelling unit, thereby making the boundary between the exclusive part and the common part unclear in the hot water supply circulation pipe. Further, since the number of pipes related to hot water supply increases to a total of three pipes, there is a disadvantage that the equipment cost and the installation area increase. Further, when the size of the building becomes large, if hot water is circulated to the end of the building, there is a problem that the configuration of the hot water supply system becomes complicated.

<Operation> Hot water is supplied to the hot water supply facility in each dwelling unit through the hot water inlet of each dwelling unit. Then, the amount of hot water produced in the hot water tank in the common area at each dwelling unit can be easily and accurately measured through a metering meter provided near the hot water inlet. That is, through the return pipe provided to connect the downstream of the metering meter and the upstream of the hot water supply equipment, while heating while circulating hot water in the hot water supply pipe in the dwelling unit,
Regardless of the circulation of hot water in the common area, the amount of heat lost due to heat radiation from the hot water supply pipe in each dwelling unit is compensated for each dwelling unit. Moreover, since the circulation by the return pipe in the dwelling unit does not operate the meter, the amount of hot water used in the dwelling unit is accurately measured. Also, since the check valve is provided in the return pipe, there is no backflow there.

On the outgoing pipe 2 of the common part, hot water inlets 13, 13... Are provided in series corresponding to the dwelling units as shown in the figure, and from the hot water inlet 13 through the hot water supply pipe 5 in each dwelling unit. The hot water is supplied to the hot water supply facility 14. A measuring meter 6 is interposed in the hot water supply pipe 5 in each dwelling unit, and the hot water produced in the hot water storage tank 1 in the common area is supplied to the hot water supply equipment 14 in each dwelling unit through the measuring meter 6. As such a meter 6, for example, a meter used for detecting the usage fee of tap water can be used, and the amount of hot water used in each dwelling unit can be detected with extremely high accuracy. . Therefore, the amount of hot water actually used in each dwelling unit can be easily and accurately detected in each dwelling unit, and the principle of the beneficiary burden can be reliably executed.

By the way, if the time during which hot water is not used becomes longer, the temperature of the hot water contained in the hot water supply pipe 5 in each dwelling unit drops, which is not preferable because it comes out as cold hot water the next time hot water is used. In the system of the present invention, each end of the return pipe 7 is connected to a portion of the hot water supply pipe 5 downstream of the metering meter 6 and upstream of the hot water supply equipment 14. Then, a circulation pump 8 is interposed in the return pipe 7 in the dwelling unit, and an electric heater 9 for heating hot water in the return pipe 7 in the dwelling unit is provided. Thereby, the hot water is heated while circulating the hot water between the meter 6 and the hot water supply equipment 14, and the temperature drop caused by the heat radiated from the piping in each dwelling unit is compensated for each dwelling unit. I have. Furthermore, a check valve 12 is connected to the return pipe 7 in the vicinity of the measuring meter 6 so that hot water does not flow backward from the hot water supply pipe 5 in the dwelling unit to the return pipe 7 in the dwelling unit, and the amount of hot water to the hot water supply facility 14 is reduced. Keep it constant.

The central hot water supply system configured as above,
Since the hot water supply circulation pipe in the common area and the hot water supply in each dwelling unit and the circulation heating pipe are formed separately, when performing maintenance on the common area, maintenance personnel only need to keep the common area in the maintenance range, Maintenance work can be simplified by eliminating the hassle associated with entering each dwelling unit.
Also, due to the central hot water supply method, the total electric capacity of each dwelling unit can be significantly reduced as compared with the individual method. In this case, it is necessary to provide the circulation pump 4 and the electric heater 9 in each dwelling unit. However, since these electric devices are provided to guarantee a temperature decrease due to heat radiation from the hot water supply pipe, their electric capacity may be extremely small. In addition, both the initial cost and the running cost can be significantly reduced, and the power saving effect described above contributes to the cost reduction.
In addition, since the hot water supply pipe is kept warm for each dwelling unit, even when the hot water is not used for a long time, the temperature of the hot water in each dwelling unit can be less scattered than in the central circulation system, and the temperature can be kept warm. The electricity used for
It is possible to pay only for the amount used by the user by weighing with a meter for each dwelling unit, and it is also possible to clearly divide the cost sharing between the common part and the dedicated part.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, the hot water supply system according to the present invention provides a hot water supply pipe, a return pipe, and a meter between a hot water supply port and a hot water supply facility in a common part including a hot water storage tank, an outgoing pipe, and a return pipe. Since the hot water supply circulating heating pipe in each dwelling unit, which includes a meter, a circulating pump, an electric heater, a check valve, and the like, is configured separately, the temperature of hot water used in the hot water supply facility can be controlled for each dwelling unit. Moreover, since the circulation in the dwelling unit does not pass through the metering meter, it does not affect the amount of hot water supplied from the common area, nor does it flow back from the hot water supply pipe, so it is used in hot water supply equipment The temperature of hot water will be appropriate. In addition, the running cost in each dwelling unit is reduced.

Further, by dividing the common area and the hot water supply pipe in the dwelling unit as described above, the cost sharing in the responsibility sharing maintenance such as a water leakage accident and the boundary between the common area and the exclusive area in the apartment house become clear. This also has large specific benefits such as simplified property classification.
