りなり二重管構造になっている。度枠半体1a,1bの周方
向の両側でに長手方向に亘ってフランジ4を設けてあ
り、フランジ4同士をボルト・ナットにて締結して組み
立てられるようになっている。このフランジ4は外管8
と内管9との間に亘るように設けてあり、第1図(a)
(b)に示すように外管8にボルト・ナットを締結する
ための窓20を設けてある。かかるフランジ4は外管8よ
り外方に突出させ、フランジ4同志ボルト・ナットにて
締結できるようになっていてもよい。型枠半体1a,1b内
には長手方向に等間隔に周方向に亘る弾性部10を埋設し
てある。この弾性部10はゴム状弾性体にて形成され、PC
パイル11に節を形成する間隔で設けてある。この弾性部
10の外周は外管8にて支えられ、内管9より内面側に露
出している。また弾性部10となるゴム状弾性体はゴム、
合成樹脂、薄肉金属板等である。内管9はリブ等にて外
管8に支えられている。この弾性部10には節成形凹部6
を凹設してあり、この節成形凹部6でPCパイル11の節を
形成するようになっている。また型枠半体1a,1bには長
手方向に亘って等間隔に周方向に亘るタイヤ12を装着し
てある。型枠1の長手方向に両端には端部板5a,5bが配
設されており、型枠1内部には第3図に示すように芯材
鉄筋篭2が配置される。この芯材鉄筋篭2は長手方向に
亘ると共に周方向に間隔を隔てて複数本配置した主鉄筋
2aと主鉄筋2aの回りにコイル状に巻回したフープ鉄筋2b
とにより構成されている。型枠1内の両端には端鉄板13
が配置され、端鉄板13に芯材鉄筋篭2の主鉄筋2aの両端
部を挿通してある。主鉄筋7aの一端は一方の端部板5aに
ねじ結合にて連結してあり、主鉄筋7aの他端は型枠1内
の他方の端部に配置した摺動板14にねじ結合にて連結し
てある。摺動板14よりねじ軸15を突設してあり、ねじ軸
15を端部板5bに挿通してねじ軸15にナット16を螺合して
ある。型枠1を回転駆動する装置はモータ17で駆動され
る駆動軸18に駆動ローラ19を設けて形成されている。こ
の駆動ローラ19は型枠1のタイヤ12と同じ間隔で設けて
ある。しかしてPCパイル11を成形するにあたっては次の
ように行う。第4図に示すように上側の型枠半体1aを外
した状態で残りの型枠半体1bを台21にセットし、型枠1b
内に芯材鉄筋篭2をセットし、この状態で投入機(ホッ
パー)22からコンクリート3を落下させて上方開口から
型枠半体1b内にコンクリート3を投入する。このときコ
ンクリート3がこぼれないように型枠半体1bの上部開口
の両側にガイド23を配置してある。次いで型枠半体1aを
被せてフランジ4同士を連結して型枠1を組み立て、型
枠1を駆動ローラ19上にセットし、ナット15を締め付け
て芯材鉄筋篭2に緊張力を与える。次いで駆動軸13を駆
動して型枠1を回転させて遠心成形する。遠心成形をし
て養生を終えてPCパイル11を形成すると、ナット16を緩
めて緊張力を解く。このときPCパイル11が第3図矢印イ
