<Prior Art> As a conventional waterproofing sheet, a waterproof sheet obtained by impregnating a base fabric with asphalt occupies the mainstream. For example, "Asphalt and a waterproofing base material obtained by impregnating asphalt into a composite formed by bonding a nonwoven fabric layer and a woven fabric layer formed by randomly arranging long fibers of polyester with a needle punch" No. 54-148088). Alternatively, rubberized asphalt is often used as an improvement of a base material for waterproofing asphalt. For example, "A nonwoven fabric made of polyester fiber is impregnated with rubberized asphalt having a softening point of 90 ° C or higher, the same rubberized asphalt layer is provided on both surfaces thereof, and further subjected to anti-adhesion treatment with building sand, and then the longitudinal direction of the sheet. A waterproofing sheet for a roof base which is provided with a strip-shaped butyl rubber-based adhesive layer having a desired width and length on an edge portion and further cured with a curing film having releasability (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 57-176266) And so on.

It is also known to use a rubber layer as a part of such a waterproof sheet laminate (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-176266,

Next, the production method of the present invention will be described. First, a rubber compound obtained by mixing a softening agent and an inorganic filler with butyl rubber or the like is kneaded using a kneader, a Banbury, a rubber kneading roll, or the like. The kneaded compound is extruded from a wide slit die into a sheet by an extruder and guided to a calender roll. On the other hand, a tension is applied to the base fabric made of the detection yarn to maintain the tension, and at the same time, the sheet is guided to a calender roll. Thereafter, the speed of the calender roll and the conveyor belt are adjusted differently, and the rubber and the base fabric are shrunk and wound.

The laminating conditions are preferably a heating temperature of 70 to 130 ° C., a pressure of 2 to 10 kg / cm 2 , and a molding speed of 1 to 10 m / min.

(1) Despite being a laminated sheet composed of only a fabric and a rubber layer, no separation occurs between the fabric and the rubber layer.
This is due to the use of the rubber-based compound described above and the use of a high-extensibility base fabric made of crimped fibers as the base fabric.

(3) A conventional waterproof sheet using a cloth made of synthetic fibers or glass fibers has an elongation of 0 to 20%, and it is difficult to maintain the shape as it is, and deformation occurs due to return after construction. For this reason, in the conventional product, the whole is adhered to the adherend (floor surface or the like) or floated to allow for some shrinkage allowance. However, in many cases, the sheet still shrinks more than the area of the adherend, and at that time, the sheet itself is in an elongated state, and is susceptible to deterioration by light and heat, and the durability is reduced.
On the other hand, the product of the present invention does not need to allow for shrinkage allowance. Even after the sheet itself is stretched after being adhered to the adherend, the contraction of the base fabric absorbs this.

The waterproof sheet of the present invention can stably maintain its shape at an elongation of 40%, for example. Even in a bent place such as a building roof, the fitting is easy without any gaps, so that the construction is easy and the construction does not separate from the bent part.

In the case of the conventional non-vulcanized rubber sheet, shrinkage change occurs with the lapse of time, so that the dimensional stability cannot be maintained. However, the waterproof sheet of the present invention is applied because the shrinkage force is absorbed by crimping. No shrinkage deformation occurs.
