Since the needle body 2 is made of annealed copper or the like, it is difficult to stab the tatami 1 (core material). Therefore, the needle body 2 with the hard protector 3 is used. Since the hard protector 3 is fitted on the needle body 2, the needle body 2 can be very easily pierced into the tatami 1 (core material). Specifically, the needle body 2 with the hard protector 3 is pierced into a proper place of the tatami 1 (core material) from the front side. By pulling out the body 3 from the back side of the tatami 1 (core material),
The needle body 2 can satisfactorily pierce the tatami 1 (core material). The needle body 2 is set to have a length slightly protruding from the back surface of the tatami mat 1 (core material). The formed plate 5 is fitted and welded, and the needle body 2 protruding from the plate 5 is cut with a nipper or the like.

For example, it is conceivable to sew the tatami with a copper wire made of annealed copper instead of the needle body, but it is difficult to sew directly with the copper wire in this method because the copper wire is soft, so drill a hole in the tatami In this case, it is inevitable to pass a copper wire through the prepared hole, but according to the present invention, such a problem is solved.

In other words, there is a problem that it is difficult to pierce the tatami mat if there is no hard protector and only the needle is used, but according to the present invention, this point is solved.
