Generally, in an office building or a hotel, an individual air-conditioning system using a water-cooled air conditioner or a fan coil unit type air conditioner is suitable. At that time, a method of treating condensed water generated in the air conditioner is preferable. There is a method in which a drain pan connected to a drain drain pipe is provided below a cooling coil in an air conditioner, condensed water generated in the cooling coil is received by the drain pan, and discharged by gravity through the drain drain pipe. However, in the apparatus according to this method, since the piping system is composed of three systems of cold water (cooling water) going and returning pipes and a drain drain pipe, these pipes require many members and man-hours, In particular, for air conditioners installed in the ceiling, there are various restrictions such as the slope of the drain drain pipe, the arrangement of piping space with other electrical pipes, and the height limitation of the ceiling space. However, there was an inconvenience that the piping was extremely difficult.

Under such circumstances, as a method of treating condensed water, which can alleviate the installation restriction on the drain pipe due to natural discharge due to gravity, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-268928 has proposed. That is, in the publication,
The drain pan and the vacuum pump are connected via a drain pipe and a drain chamber, and a solenoid valve that can be opened and closed by a control device is interposed in the drain pipe. When condensed water accumulates in the drain pan, the control device turns off the solenoid valve. , And at the same time, the vacuum pump is operated to discharge the condensed water in the drain pan.

In this method, since the condensed water is forcibly discharged by the vacuum pump, it is not necessary to pay special attention to the gradient of the drain pipe, so that the arrangement of the pipe space with other pipes and the accommodation in the ceiling are facilitated. However, drain pipes still need to be installed throughout the building,
Many piping members and labor are required, and there is no great difference from the above-mentioned ones due to the relationship with the construction process of the building.

Therefore, as a method of simplifying the piping structure without providing a drain piping, there is a method disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 62-124418. In this conventional example, condensed water generated in an evaporator, which is a cooling coil, is received by a drain pan, stored in a storage tank via a connection pipe, and sprayed with condensed water from an upper part of the condenser via a sprayer by a pump. While evaporating with the heat of the condenser, the outside air is introduced by a fan through the outside air inlet, and the heat of the condenser and the evaporated water vapor are discharged outside from the outlet.

However, the method described in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-open No. Sho 62-124418 can be applied only to air-cooled air conditioners, and cannot be mounted on water-cooled air conditioners and fan coil unit type air conditioners. was there. Further, in the method described in the publication, there is a case where all the condensed water cannot always be subjected to the evaporating treatment. In order to prepare for this, an overflow drain pipe is connected to the storage tank, so that the overflowed condensed water is discharged to the outside. Therefore, since the piping system is not always simplified, the above-mentioned problem of requiring many members and man-hours for the piping is hardly improved, and as a result, the piping structure around the air conditioner is enlarged. In addition, there is a problem that the installation cost is increased as well as a problem that the settlement is poor.

The present invention is a method for treating condensed water of an air conditioner in an individual air conditioner using a water-cooled air conditioner or a fan coil unit air conditioner, wherein condensed water generated in the air conditioner is stored in a storage tank. When the water level detector detects that the inside of the storage tank has reached a predetermined water level, the pump conveys the condensed water in the storage tank to the nearest cooling water pipe and discharges the water. And when it is detected by the electric water level detector that the water level in the storage tank does not drop, it is determined that the pump has failed, and an alarm is issued when this determination is made and the water level reaches a predetermined dangerous water level. This is a method for treating condensed water in an air conditioner that automatically stops the operation of the air conditioner at the same time as the emission.

The control device 12 reads the water level signal to determine the water level,
It has a known configuration for performing on / off control of the pump drive having hysteresis characteristics according to the water level condition.
That is, when the water level has reached the predetermined high water level, the on / off control sends a drive signal to the pump 6 to start rotation, and continues this rotation state until the water level returns to the predetermined low water level. When the water level falls below the low water level, a rotation stop command is issued, and this rotation stop state is continued until a predetermined high water level is reached.

1. A method for treating condensed water of an air conditioner in an individual air conditioner using a water-cooled air conditioner or a fan coil unit type air conditioner, wherein condensed water generated in the air conditioner is stored in a storage tank. When the water level detector detects that the inside of the storage tank has reached a predetermined water level, the pump conveys the condensed water in the storage tank to the nearest cooling water pipe and discharges the water. And when the water level detector detects that the water level in the storage tank does not drop, it is determined that the pump has failed, and an alarm is issued when the determination is made and the water level reaches a predetermined dangerous water level. A method for treating condensed water in an air conditioner, wherein the operation of the air conditioner is automatically stopped at the same time as the emission.
