Specifically, when the control unit selects the self-diagnosis mode, the control unit outputs a predetermined signal to the load driving system while turning on the display unit, and outputs the output signal and a feedback signal from the load driving system. Is determined in accordance with an output signal from the control means to determine whether or not the load drive system operates normally, and after the determination is completed, all the display units are turned off.

The relays 5, 6, and 7 correspond to, for example, a fan relay, a compressor relay, and an idle up relay.
The microcomputer 2 sends control signals S 1 , S 2 , S 3 to the relay driving circuit 8 to drive these relays 5, 6, 7 respectively.
And feedback signals F 1 , F 2 , F 3 corresponding to the output signals S 1 , S 2 , S 3 are input to the microcomputer 2 from the drive circuit 8. In addition, a signal is input to the microcomputer 2 from a sensor or a switch in addition to the above.

The flow will be described. First, a command to turn on all the segments is supplied to the display drive circuit 4, and the display 3 is turned on (step 101). Next, the timers T 1 and T 2 are started (step 102), and off signals are supplied to the relay drive circuit 8 as control signals S 1 , S 2 and S 3 (step 103).
