4, or by a method as disclosed in JP-A-64-26184. FIG. 4 shows a typical conventional example. A metal layer of a required pattern is formed and held on the lower surface of the adhesive tape 1 using a photoresist electroforming method or the like, and further, an adhesive 6 is applied to the lower surface of the metal layer, and then an adhesive layer protective liner 7 is cut to a required size. 2. Description of the Related Art There has been widely used a method of separately attaching a part to be directly attached to a part of a product to be decorated which requires decoration. However, according to this method, the decorative pattern components such as characters, marks, and patterns, which are once formed of the metal layer, are simply pasted once to the surface of the product to be decorated. Stay in range. In addition, such a conventional method cannot solve one of the causes of the appearance defect by causing the adhesive 6 to protrude at the boundary portion between the pattern and the base portion to be adhered or to cause a line irregularity as the fineness of the decorative pattern increases. Was. Furthermore, minimizing the bonding area to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks reduces the adhesive strength of the decorative part, and may cause serious drawbacks such as falling off.

As seen from the above, according to the prior art, the three-dimensional effect is limited to a single layer of the metal layer pattern. Further, the fineness of the decorative pattern is limited due to the balance between the finished beautifulness of the boundary between the pattern and the base and the adhesive strength to the base.

[0004] It is an object of the present invention to increase the density of the three-dimensional appearance and to expand the possibility by stacking decorative patterns. Another object of the present invention is to improve the fineness of the decorative pattern by improving the beauty of the boundary line of the three-dimensional portion and improving the adhesive strength of the decorative component.

Means for solving the above problems are as follows. A temporary fixing adhesive is applied to the back surface of the final decorative pattern layer, and the temporary adhesive is applied to a substrate having an area sufficient to laminate the entire decorative pattern. After fixing by the above, a step of applying a transparent or colored paint on the entire upper surface of the laminated product, then forming an adhesive layer for full-scale fixing on the back surface of the laminated product, attaching an adhesive layer protective liner to the final decorative component And the step of performing. In this configuration, as a method of full-scale fixing of the laminated product, a fixing pin can be formed on the back surface of the laminated product, and the laminated product can be fixed to the decorative object. In this case, the fixing pins are formed at the stage of the substrate before the final decorative pattern is temporarily bonded to the substrate, and, following this process, the final decorative pattern is temporarily contacted, and finally the transparent or colored paint is applied. Completed as a product. Furthermore, it is also possible to add two or more multi-layers to the substrate by layering decorative patterns, and by overlapping or combining such methods, the possibility of overcoming the unavoidable limits of expression in the past can be overcome. give.

The delicate decorative pattern layer is firmly adhered and laminated to the substrate by the application of the paint after the temporary adhesion to the substrate by the penetration of the paint liquid. The increase in the fixing strength makes it possible to laminate finer and finer decorative patterns between layers, and to obtain a decorative component having a deep decorative pattern. In addition, after the decorative pattern is once fixed on the substrate and then bonded to the surface of the product to be decorated, the bonding area can be kept large, and the bonding strength of the decorative component can be improved.

(Embodiment 2) FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention.
Is a cross section of the metal pattern layer formed by the photoresist electroforming method, and the finished color tone of the metal layers 2 and 2 'is 2 in gold and 2' in silver. The metal pattern layer 2 is temporarily bonded to the metal pattern layer 2 ′ via a temporary adhesive, and the metal pattern layer 2 ′ has a thickness of 0.1 mm.
A 2 mm nickel-white plate is punched into a size suitable for pattern lamination, and is temporarily bonded via a temporary bonding layer 4 to a substrate 5 which has been subjected to a surface treatment such as plating and painting according to the color tone of the metal pattern layer. A clear coating 3 is applied to the upper surface of the substrate to which the metal layer is adhered, and then a full-scale adhesive layer 6 is applied to the back surface of the laminated substrate.
A liner 7 for protecting the adhesive layer was attached to obtain a final decorative part. When this decorative part with the initial of the personal name as the metal layer pattern was fitted to the decorative fitting part of the cufflink, the combination of the metallic color and the pattern added a three-dimensional effect in the height direction and the unique decoration I was able to express beauty.

(Embodiment 3) FIG. 3 shows an embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a wristwatch dial, and FIG. 3 (A) is a view showing a planar appearance of the part.
(B) and (c) are cross-sectional views taken along the line AA 'of (a).
(B) is a cross-sectional view when fixing to a decorative object, that is, a dial, using an adhesive layer, and (C) is a cross-sectional view when fixing is performed using pins formed on the back surface of the decorative component. Fig. 3 (b)
In the middle 1, an adhesive layer 4 is formed on a metal-pattern layer 2 formed by a photoresist electroforming method on a 0.3 mm-thick ring-shaped substrate made of a brass material that has been subjected to a surface treatment such as brushing, plating, and painting.
Temporary bonding through the top, then paint 3
Was applied and dried. The coating liquid penetrated into the temporary adhesive layer portion and solidified to improve the fixing strength of the metal pattern layer 2 to the substrate ring. After coating and drying, an adhesive layer 6 for fixing to a dial as a product to be bonded was formed on the back surface of the decorative ring, and an adhesive layer protective liner 7 was attached to obtain a decorative component for a dial. The adhesive fixation to the dial was performed by peeling and pressing the protective liner in accordance with the dial production schedule. In FIG. 3, (c) is a character which is a product to be fixed by welding before bonding and laminating the metal pattern layer 2 on the back surface of a 0.3 mm thick ring-shaped substrate for holding and fixing the metal pattern layer 2. A pin 8 for fixing to the plate is formed, and then a surface treatment such as a brush pattern, plating, and painting is performed, and a metal pattern layer 2 is adhered and laminated on the upper surface of the ring in the same manner as in (b) to obtain a paint 3 having a matte appearance. Was applied and dried to obtain a decorative part for a dial. In this case, the pin was fixed to the dial by inserting the pin on the back of the line into the dial for caulking the dial base or pouring it with an adhesive.
(B) (c) In each case, the pattern, the color tone, and the three-dimensional effect of the metal pattern layer on the substrate ring and the substrate and the dial base are subtly subtly added, and the decorative aesthetic that has never existed has been successfully achieved.

[Effect of the Invention] As described in the above embodiment, the present invention mainly provides a temporary bonding of a glittering metal decorative pattern mainly to a metal substrate having a finished surface, and then to a beautiful coating by paint and to improve the bonding strength. The main point is to achieve integration. As a result, the decoration patterns can be stacked and combined freely, which greatly contributes to the expansion of the possibility of the three-dimensional appearance of the ornament. In addition, the beautiful line of the border between the decorative pattern and the substrate by the paint and the reinforcement of the adhesive strength were inevitably involved in the conventional method shown in FIG. 4, but the finer the finer the border of the decorative pattern, the lower the beautifulness. And the problem of insufficient adhesive strength.
