[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] There is often a height difference of about 80 mm between the platform and the floor of the train, and there is a height difference of about 190 mm at some stations. In addition, there is often a gap of about 100 mm between the platform and the train, and a curved platform or the like sometimes has a gap of about 150 mm. on the other hand,
Wheelchairs include hand-operated ones and electric ones, but the weight of a manual type is about 20 kg or more, and the electric one is about 76 kg or more. Under the circumstances described above, even in the case of the hand-operated type, two or three station staffs have to lift the body of the wheelchair to get on and off the passengers. Since it weighs about 130 kg, at least four station staff must lift the wheelchair to get passengers on and off. Moreover, getting on and off the train must be done quickly because the train must be started on time. For this reason, there is a problem in that the number of personnel must be set so that a required number of people can be immediately allocated at the station, regardless of the time when a wheelchair passenger appears. In particular, there are many wheelchair-bound passengers at a station where a school for children or a cemetery is located nearby, and there is a problem in that the station staff must be provided with a considerable amount of space. Further, as described above, the wheelchair becomes a considerable weight when the weight of the passenger is added, and thus there is a problem that a station staff often suffers from backache when lifting the wheelchair.

The main plate can be firmly bridged between the train floor and the platform by locking the two projections on the back surface of the main plate to the door rail and the outer wall of the vehicle body. Since the auxiliary plate is hinged to the front end of the main plate, the step between the front end of the main plate and the floor of the train can be absorbed by the inclined surface of the sub plate. By sliding the rod on the rod receiver, the distance between the two main plates can be freely changed. By forming the edge frame on the main plate, it is possible to prevent the wheelchair from falling off.

[Effect of the Invention] Since the present invention is configured as described above,
The following remarkable effects are exhibited. 1) By locking the two projections formed on the back surface of the main plate to the door rail and the outer wall of the vehicle body, the main plate can be tilted and securely fixed between the train and the platform having a height difference and a gap. . 2) The front end of the main plate and the floor of the train can be connected by a gentle slope by tilting the sub-board inward of the vehicle. 3) By providing an edge frame for preventing wheel removal on the main plate, wheelchair wheel removal can be completely prevented. 4) By cross-linking the slope formed by the main plate and the sub-plate between the train and the platform with a height difference and gap,
It is very easy for one person to push or pull the wheelchair to get on and off the train between the train and the platform where there is a height difference and a gap. 5) Since the wheelchair is not lifted, there is no worry that station staff will suffer from back pain. 6) The distance between the left main plate and the sub plate and the right main plate and the sub plate can be freely changed by the rod and the rod receiving member. Therefore, it is possible to cope with all types of vehicles having different vehicle widths. 7) The sub-plate is a folding type with a hinge, and the interval between the left and right main plates can be freely changed by the rod and the rod receiving member, so that the left and right main plates are opened as shown in FIG. By holding the rod, it can be easily transported by one person. 8) The auxiliary plate can be folded by a hinge and the left and right main plates can be closely attached by a rod and a rod holder, so that it can be stored compactly when not in use. 9) If the front side of the rear edge of the main plate and / or the front edge of the sub-plate is notched obliquely, the wheelchair can be smoothly boarded and dismounted. Furthermore, if the vicinity of the notched portion is covered with a stainless steel plate or the like, breakage near the notched portion can be prevented. 10) A single attendant can easily and safely get on and off a wheelchair passenger without lifting a heavy wheelchair, which can reduce back pain from station staff, reduce the number of station staff, and reduce labor costs. Can be saved.
