【考案の効果】本考案は以上のごとく構成され、本考案
によれば次の効果を奏する。警備対象である建物の警
備を終了する場合に、建物の出入口(通用口)付近に取
付けた第一の警備切換手段で第一の警備対象区域のみを
警備終了状態に切換え、その後所定時間内に第一の警備
対象区域内に設置された第二の警備切換手段を操作して
はじめて第二の警備対象区域の警備状態が警備終了状態
に切換わるため、例えば賊(強盗)に脅かされ、警備終
了操作を強制されるような場合でも、第一の警備切換手
段で警備終了操作を行い第一の警備対象区域の警備だけ
を終了させて賊に全警備対象区域の警備が終了したと思
いこませることができるので、警備対象区域を確実に保
護でき、極めて信頼性の高い警備区域の構築が可能とな
る。警備対象区域の警備を開始するときは、第一の警
備切換手段または第二の警備切換手段のいずれか一方で
警備開始操作を行うことにより、すべての警備対象区域
の警備を開始することができるため、警備対象区域の警
備を開始する際の操作の手間を省略することができると
ともに、確実にすべての警備対象区域の警備を開始する
ことができる。
