[Detailed description of the invention] [Overview of application field and invention] The present invention relates to a circulation heating device, particularly to a circulation heating device for circulating and heating a bathtub, and a bath device using a natural circulation type heat exchanger. In the type incorporating a circulation pump for stirring the inside of the bathtub, a part of the water discharged from the pump is introduced into the heat absorption tube of the heat exchanger, thereby generating a boiling water generated in the heat exchanger during the heat exchange operation. This prevents noise and improves heat exchange efficiency.

[Prior art and its problems] As a circulating heating device that circulates and heats hot water in a bathtub, many so-called natural circulation bathtubs (heat exchangers) are used. As shown in FIG. 5, the whole inside of a substantially rectangular cylindrical body (1) is a hollow chamber, and a number of fins (F) (F) are provided between opposing walls of the body. Endothermic tube (K)
(K) are arranged side by side in an inclined state so that the hollow chambers in the opposed walls communicate with each other. A combustion device is arranged below the heat absorbing tubes (K) and (K), and A pair of connecting pipes (11) and (12) protrude from the outer side surface, and
(12) is used in a mode in which it is connected to a bathtub.

In this conventional device, since the heat absorbing tube (K) is inclined, the inside of the bathtub (B) can be circulated and heated by natural circulation. Further, there is an advantage that the configuration of the entire heat exchanger can be simplified.

However, in this conventional apparatus, the inside of the bathtub (B) is circulated and heated by the convection of water by natural circulation. Therefore, in the circulating heating state, the upper layer and the lower layer in the bathtub (B) have a large temperature. There is a difference. This is because the heated hot water collects in the upper part of the bathtub (B) and the low-temperature water collects in the lower part of the bathtub (B).

In order to eliminate such inconvenience, a circulation circuit (2) for connecting the communication pipe (11) and the communication pipe (12) is separately formed as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. A type in which a pump (P) is inserted is adopted.

In this case, the inside of the bathtub (B) is forcibly circulated through the circulation circuit (2) by the suction to the pump (P) and the discharge from the pump (P), so that the above-mentioned inconvenience can be solved.

However, in this conventional apparatus, there is a disadvantage that a boiling sound is generated during the heat exchange operation in the heat exchanger, and this sound is annoying when quiet at midnight or the like.

This is because the flow rate in the heat absorbing tube (K) of the heat exchanger is low, so that a state close to boiling is likely to occur in this portion, thereby generating a boiling sound.

According to the present invention, the heat absorbing tubes (K) and (K) are communicated in an inclined state between the opposing walls of the body (1) having a hollow chamber as a whole, and a pair of communication is provided on the outer surface of the body. Tube (11) (12)
A natural circulation type heat exchanger of the type connected to the inside of the bathtub (B) is provided, and a circulation circuit (2) connecting the connecting pipe (11) and the connecting pipe (12) is separately formed. In the circulating heating apparatus of the type in which a pump (P) for forced circulation is inserted in the circuit (2), the technical problem is to prevent boiling noise from occurring in the heat exchanger of the natural circulation type. I do.

[Technical Means] The technical means of the present invention taken to solve the above-mentioned problem is that "a circulation circuit (2) is provided outside the body (1) and a pump (P) in the circulation circuit (2) is provided. A branch pipe (21) is provided on the discharge side of the heat sink, and the end of the branch pipe (21) faces the lower end of the heat absorption pipe (K), and is inserted into the heat absorption pipe (K) from the lower end to the upper end. To produce a forced circulation flow. "

[作用] 本考案の上記技術的手段は次のように作用する。[Operation] The above technical means of the present invention operates as follows.

In the circulation heating state, the hot water in the bathtub (B) is heated by the heat exchanger by natural circulation heating. At this time, the pump (P) is also operated at the same time, so that one of the discharge sides of the pump (P) faces the upper connecting pipe and agitates the bath tub with the discharged hot water. The end of the other branch pipe (21) on the discharge side faces the lower end of the heat absorption pipe (K) so as to generate a forced circulation flow from the lower end to the upper end in the heat absorption pipe (K). Therefore, a part of the water discharged from the pump (P) is guided into the heat absorption pipe (K), and the flow velocity in the heat absorption pipe (K) becomes faster than that in the case of natural circulation.

Therefore, the water to be heated in the heat absorbing tube (K) is not excessively heated. That is, it is not heated to a temperature close to boiling.

In general, even when there is a water flow in the pipe, a boundary layer that does not easily move is formed in the pipe wall due to the viscosity of the water.
In the case of the forced circulation flow described above, the water discharged from the branch pipe (21) also forcibly moves the water in the boundary layer in contact with the pipe wall in the heat absorption pipe (K) to the downstream side.

Further, the branch pipe (21) has only one end facing the lower end of the heat absorption pipe (K), and there is no other pipe or the like in the heat absorption pipe (K) that becomes a resistance to the flow of water. Therefore, the flow velocity of the water flow in the heat absorbing tube (K) does not decrease.

[Effect] Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, the following specific effects can be obtained while securing the stirring function in the bathtub.

Further, since the flow velocity in the heat absorbing tube (K) is increased, the heat exchange efficiency is improved accordingly.

Further, since the water in the boundary layer in contact with the tube wall in the endothermic tube (K) is also forcibly moved to the downstream side, a decrease in heat exchange efficiency due to the remaining boundary layer in contact with the tube wall can be prevented. Also in this respect, the thermal efficiency is improved.

Since the flow velocity of the water flow in the heat absorbing tube (K) does not decrease due to other piping or the like, the improvement in heat exchange efficiency by generating the forced circulation flow in the heat absorbing tube (K) is maintained as it is. In addition, since there is no other pipe or the like in the heat absorption pipe (K) that becomes a resistance to the flow of water, the heat absorption pipe (K) is made unnecessarily large in order to reduce the resistance of the water flow in the heat absorption pipe (K). There is no need, and the whole can be reduced accordingly.

The embodiment shown in FIG. 1 is similar to the prior art described above,
A large number of fins (F) are provided between opposing walls of the square tubular body (1).
(F) The provided heat absorbing tubes (K) and (K) are arranged in an inclined state so that the hollow chambers (10) and (10) in the body (1) communicate with each other, and the outer surface of the side wall of the body (1) Connecting pipe (11) protruding from
The inside of the bathtub (B) and the inside of the hollow chamber (10) are connected to each other by (12), and the inlet (2a) of the circulation circuit (2) is provided in the middle of the connecting pipes (11) and (12). The outlet part (2b) and the outlet part (2b) are separately projected, and both the inlet part (2a) and the outlet part (2b) are projected toward the bathtub side.

As shown in FIG. 3, the end of the branch pipe (21) is located close to the lower wall of the cross section of the heat absorption pipe (K). Therefore, the water discharged from the branch pipe (21) efficiently flows along the lower wall of the cross section of the heat absorption pipe (K).
Therefore, the flow velocity of the portion where the boiling noise is likely to be generated is particularly increased, and the effect of preventing the boiling noise is further improved.
