該加熱体8の外周を囲繞すべくラセン状に配設された水
や冷水などを冷媒とする冷却体、10は調整槽2の上部
に内設された温度センサ−で、冷却体9と加熱体8とは
該温度センサ−10の検知により自動温度調節器(図示
略)でもって各々連動して作動するものとされている。
11は蓋体12を介して調整層2の上部と恒温槽1の上
端部を連通状に接続する還流パイプである。
