2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional method of refilling a marking pen with ink, in a quick-drying writing instrument, a pen core holder is separated from a writing instrument main body by twisting, and after the ink is dripped and added to the writing instrument main body, the pen core holder is replaced with the writing instrument main body. Nene
It is fixed. However, in these replenishment methods, when refilling the ink, the hands and fingers are stained with the ink, or the ink is replenished to a predetermined amount or more. To eliminate these drawbacks, a certain amount from the refill ink bottle,
For example, the configuration is such that only 1 cc is obtained. However, the pen core holder and the writing instrument main body are separated and refilled, so that the above-mentioned drawbacks are not sufficient. Further, since the pen holder and the writing instrument main body must be separated from each other, the ink in the writing instrument main body tends to evaporate, so that writing cannot be performed during storage. Therefore, an ink replenishing container for replenishing ink directly from a pen core is devised by using a method of refilling an ink cartridge for a fountain pen. Incidentally, ink cartridges for fountain pens are known from Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 34-2228, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-25613, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 37-21906, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 37-9518, and the like. These ink cartridges have their openings sealed with balls, hemispherical stoppers, cores, etc.
In order to replenish , the ball, the hemispherical stopper, and the core are pressed and opened, so a pressing member is required, and the air in the writing instrument body must be replaced through the pen core holder. A new replenishing container has been developed from a completely different viewpoint from the conventional ink replenishment.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below with reference to FIGS. 1, 2 and 3. FIG. In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes an ink replenishing container main body, which is a polypropylene cylinder having a thickness of 1 mm. The inner cylinder 2 and the ink replenishing container main body 1 are integrated by a separator 3. One end of the separator 3 is connected to the inner wall of the ink refill container main body 1 and the other end is connected to the inner cylinder end 4 of the inner cylinder 2.
The other end is closed by a welding portion 9. Separator 3 is thick film 6
The thick film 6 has the same direction as the axial direction of the ink replenishing container main body 1 and is provided spirally.
The thin film 5 is adjacent to the thick film 6. The thickness of the thick film 6 is 1 to 5 mm, the thickness is 0.5 to 0.8 mm, and the width of the thin film 5 is 1
To 2 mm and wall thickness of about 0.1 to 0.3 mm,
What is necessary is just to select and determine suitably according to the diameter of the ink supply container main body 1 and the inner cylinder 2, and the composition of ink. In the vicinity of the opening of the ink replenishing container main body 1, a concave portion 7 is provided on the entire circumference. Furthermore,
A raised portion 8 for sealing the writing instrument body 10 is provided between the concave portion 7 and the inner cylinder end 4. Also, the capacity of the ink replenishing container body 1 is
40 to 70% of the amount of ink held in the writing instrument body 10
Is good. The material of the ink refill container main body 1, the inner cylinder 2, and the separator 3 is made of an ink composition other than polypropylene.
A synthetic resin such as polyethylene, polyacetal, and urea can be appropriately selected and used as long as the material does not change or change the quality of the ink and does not transmit the ink. Reference numeral 11 denotes a pen core, which is made of synthetic fibers such as felt, acrylic fiber, and the like, and is made of a material such as a sintered body of synthetic resin powder and plastic, which can be appropriately selected and used. Reference numeral 12 denotes a pen core holder, and a pen core 1
1 is held by caulking, press-fitting, bonding or the like. The pen lead holder 13 fits and holds the pen lead holder 12 with the writing implement body 10. As the material of the pen lead holder 12,
Thermosetting resins such as metals, urea resins, and phenolic resins;
A thermoplastic resin such as a nylon resin , a polyethylene resin, and a polypropylene resin can be used, but it can be selected and used depending on the composition of the ink in consideration of the solvent permeability, strength, and the like. Usually, a thermoplastic resin is used for the water-based ink, and a thermosetting resin is used for the oil-based ink. Reference numeral 10 denotes a writing instrument main body, which is made of aluminum or synthetic resin and is appropriately selected and used depending on the composition of the ink. At the opening, an air groove 14, a step 17 for stopping the ink absorber 15, and a pen core holder 13 are provided integrally. 15 is an ink absorber,
It is a convergent body of synthetic fibers such as felt and acetate.
As the shape of the synthetic fiber converging body, a shape with an outer skin such as cellophane or a shape without an outer skin in which the outer periphery of the synthetic fiber converging body is partially hardened with resin or the like can be used.

In the method of manufacturing the ink refill cartridge of the present invention, a fixed amount of ink is injected into the ink refill container main body 1 and then closed by heat welding. Next, a case where ink is replenished will be described with reference to FIG. When the pen core side of the writing instrument main body 10 is inserted into the inner cylinder 2, the inner cylinder end 4 of the inner cylinder 2 comes into contact with the pen core holder 12. When pushed further, the tip of the writing instrument body 10 comes into contact with the raised portion 8 of the ink replenishing container main body 1, and at the same time, the projection 16 enters the concave portion 7 and the spiral thick film 6 of the inner cylinder 2.
Is pressed, torsionally deform, and the thin film 5 is broken. The ink is supplied to the ink absorber 15 through the air groove 14. The ink in the ink refill container main body 1 thus sealed is replenished to the ink absorber 15 of the writing implement main body 10 because the air and the ink vapor in the writing implement main body 10 and the ink absorber 15 are supplied to the ink refill container. The ink is replenished by being moved and replaced by the main body 1.

As described above, unlike the conventional replenishment method, the present invention can be fitted and fixed so that the pen core holder or the rear end bush does not come off. Therefore, evaporation of the ink can be prevented even when the writing implement is stored for a long time. In addition, when refilling, the user simply pushes the pen core holder 12 of the writing instrument into the opening of the ink replenishing container, so that the finger is not stained with ink.
