【発明の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本発明は主としてマンホールのインバート作業に用い
て有用な通水管に対するウォーターストッパー装置並び
にこのウォーターストッパー装置を用いてのマンホール
のインバート作業方法に関する。

バート作業方法の出現が待たれていた。

空板体を接続し、この二枚の板体にてチューブを支持す
るフランジ部を形成し、さらに前記チューブに対する空
気孔は筒体を貫通し筒体内面に露呈してなり、かつ前記
排水パイプにはバイパス通路の長さに応じてゴムホース
等の接続管を接続可能としたことを特徴とする通水管に
対するウォーターストッパー装置及びマンホールのイン
バート作業に際し、まずマンホールに対して上流側の通
水管には、バルブを備えた排水パイプを挿通してなる筒
体外周部分に空気を送り込むことにより膨らみ通水管の
内周に密圧接触し通水管を自在に閉鎖することのできる
チューブを装着するとともに、外周にチューブを装着し
てなる前記筒体の通水管上流側方向の側面には通水用貫
通孔を形成してなり前記筒体の外周径よりは大径の板体
を接続するとともに、筒体の通水管下流側方向の外周端
には外周を前記板体と同一径とする中空板体を接続し、
この二枚の板体にてチューブを支持するフランジ部を形
成し、さらに前記チューブに対する空気孔は筒体を貫通
し筒体内面に露呈してなり、かつ前記排水パイプにはバ
イパス通路の長さに応じてゴムホース等の接続管を接続
可能としたウォーターストッパー装置を取付け、排水管
若しくは排水管に接続したゴムホース等の接続管をマン
ホールの底部を通過させて下流側の通水管に通すととも
に、ウォーターストッパー装置のチューブに空気を送り
込み膨らませ、上流側の通水管を閉鎖した後バルブを開
け、マンホール内部に排水することなく下流側の通水管
に直接排水し、水の妨害のない無通水状態にてマンホー
ル底部で所要のインバート作業をし、作業終了後はウォ
ーターストッパー装置のチューブの空気を抜き上流側の
通水管よりウォーターストッパー装置を取外すことを特
徴とするマンホールのインバート作業方法によって解決
される。

下での作業とは全く異なり、作業内容に応じて時間的に
も充分ゆとりを持って行うことができ、しかも完全な無

ら作業性もよく、下水道工事中特に多大な苦労と複雑か
つ困難な作業を余儀なくされるマンホールのインバート
作業を作業効率良くしかも安全かつ確実に行うことがで
きるものであり、ひいては下水道工事を通じての環境整
備の向上に一段と役立つものである。

り、かつ前記排水パイプにはバイパス通路の長さに応じ
てゴムホース等の接続管を接続可能としたウォータース
トッパー装置を取付け、排水管若しくは排水管に接続し
たゴムホース等の接続管をマンホールの底部を通過させ
て下流側の通水管に通すとともに、ウォーターストッパ
ー装置のチューブに空気を送り込み膨らませ、上流側の
通水管を閉鎖した後バルブを開け、マンホール内部に排
水することなく下流側の通水管に直接排水し、水の妨害
のない無通水状態にてマンホール底部で所要のインバー
ト作業をし、作業終了後はウォーターストッパー装置の
チューブの空気を抜き上流側の通水管よりウォータース
トッパー装置を取外すことを特徴とするマンホールのイ
ンバート作業方法。
