2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as shown in JP-A-56-13901, an insert piece made of vulcanized rubber having a flange formed on the outer peripheral edge is attached to the upper surface of a partition wall of an insert chamber. It is set in the insert chamber of the mold cavity in a close contact state, foamable liquid polyurethane is introduced into the mold cavity to form the sole body, and the insert piece is adhered to the sole body. A method of forming a foamed polyurethane shoe sole to be integrated has been proposed. However, according to this method, when the foamed polyurethane sole body is formed, the flange of the insert piece is in close contact with the upper surface of the partition wall of the insert chamber, so that the flange portion cannot be completely embedded in the sole body of the shoe. When the shoe sole is used, the insert piece is peeled off from the flange due to a bending difference between the foam polyurethane sole body and the insert piece, or the foam polyurethane shoe sole body is cracked from near the flange,
There was a drawback that the durability of the shoe sole was significantly reduced.

The present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings showing an embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, a rising portion 11 is provided around a periphery, and a flange 111 is formed on an outer peripheral edge thereof. Insert piece 1 made of vulcanized rubber
In a state where the flange 111 is floated above the partition projecting wall 011 of the insert chamber, the insert chamber 0 of the mold cavity is
After setting to 1, the foamable liquid polyurethane is introduced into the mold cavity 0, and flows into the upper and lower portions of the flange 111 and the concave portion 12 on the upper surface of the insert piece 1 so that the shoe sole body 2 is moved. The gist of the present invention is a method of forming a foamed polyurethane shoe sole, which is integrally formed and the sole piece 2 and the insert piece 1 are bonded together.

In the present invention, the insert piece 1 is vulcanized and formed by using natural rubber, synthetic rubber or a mixture thereof as a main component. When the sole 1111 is provided, the liquid polyurethane flows into the holes 1111, 1111... When the sole body is formed, and the sole body 2 is anchored and integrated at the upper and lower sides of the flange 111 or at the upper side of the rising portion 11. -It is possible to further increase the adhesive strength between the shoe piece 1 and the sole body 2. A natural rubber, synthetic rubber or polyurethane organic solvent type adhesive is applied to the upper surface of the insert piece 1 and dried, and the adhesive is set in the mold cavity 0 of the adhesive layer 10. If the upper surface of the insert piece 1 is roughened by buffing or the like and treated with a halogenated substance such as chlorine before the adhesive layer 10 is formed on the upper surface of the insert piece 1, the insert through the adhesive layer 10 is formed. The adhesiveness between the toe piece 1 and the sole body 2 can be made stronger. In the present invention, if the thickness of the flange 111, the rising portion 11, and the outer periphery 13 of the grounding portion of the insert piece 1 are made substantially the same, the bending difference due to the thickness difference of the insert piece 1 itself. Is avoided, so that the cracks in the sole body 2 which frequently occur along these portions in the past are completely avoided.

The foamable polyurethane used in the present invention includes general-purpose polyether-based polyols and polyester-based polyols, as well as derivatives thereof, amine-based polyols and polyetherester-based polyols. A known foamable liquid polyurethane obtained by the reaction of a polyol consisting of a polyester or a derivative thereof with a known isocyanate compound is used. These foamable liquid polyurethanes are introduced into a mold cavity 0 in which the insert pieces 1 are set by an injection molding method or a casting method, and foamed and hardened by a conventional method to form a shoe sole body 2. At the same time, it is bonded and integrated with the insert piece 1, but when it is foamed and hardened, the shoe sole body 2 and the insert piece 1 are used if the last with the upper is suspended as the upper die. This is convenient because the sole of the shoe can be bonded and integrated with the shell when molding the sole body.

According to the present invention, the insert piece 1 made of vulcanized rubber having the rising portion 11 provided as described above and the concave portion 12 formed on the upper surface with the flange 111 formed on the outer peripheral edge thereof is provided.
The flange 111 is set above the insert chamber 01 of the mold cavity while floating above the partition projecting wall 011 of the insert chamber, and foamable liquid polyurethane is introduced into the mold cavity 0 by a conventional method. For example, since the liquid polyurethane completely surrounds the flange 111 above and below the flange 111 and continuously flows into the concave portion 12 on the upper surface of the insert piece, the upper side of the rising portion 11 and the flange 111 are completely removed. It is embedded in the bottom body. So in a simple way,
The insert piece 1 and the sole body 2 are excellent in the adhesiveness between the insert piece 1 and the sole body 2 and can be formed thin by the recess 12 on the upper surface of the insert piece 1. Can be set to a minimum, and a foamed polyurethane shoe sole having excellent bending resistance and excellent durability can be provided.
