を縫うためには、針と協働する上ルーパをかぎルーパと
交換すること。或いは上ルーパの駆動タイミングを変更
したりして行なっている。 【0003】 【考案が解決しようとする課題】これらは下ルーパと上
ルーパとの交差のための位相合わせの調整が必要であ
り、又構造が大型になって複雑になりその為ルーパに対
する糸通しが困難になるなど種々の障害を伴っていた。
本考案は縁かがり縫ミシンにおいて使用時に上ルーパ軸
に簡単な構造の附属品を装着することにより糸の本数を
少なくした他の縫目構成の縁かがり縫を可能にするもの
である。 【0004】 【課題を解決するための手段】本考案はミシン機枠に回
転可能に支持される駆動軸と、該駆動軸の回転に連動し
て上下動せしめられる針棒及び針と、前記駆動軸の回転
に連動して往復揺動運動せしめられ且つ前記針と調時し
て交差せしめられる下ルーパと、前記駆動軸の回転に連
動して往復揺動運動せしめられ且つ前記下ルーパと調時
して交差せしめられる上ルーパとを備えた縁かがり縫ミ
シンにおいて、前記上ルーパを固着する上ルーパ軸の軸
端付近に薄板弾性材からなる補助ルーパ台受を固着し、
該補助ルーパ台受に補助ルーパを支持する補助ルーパ台
を着脱自在に装着し、補助ルーパの端部を前記上ルーパ
に形成の糸穴に係止して位置決め固定する構造のもので
あり、装置を装着することにより通常の縁かがり縫の他
に通常の縁かがり縫より糸の本数が少ない縁かがり縫を
可能にしたものであり、装置の構造が簡単である為他の
作業の障害とならず又着脱操作が容易であることを特徴
とするものである。 【0005】 【作用】本考案は縁かがり縫ミシンにおいて上ルーパ軸
の端部に補助ルーパ台受を予め設けておき、使用時に該
補助ルーパ台受に補助ルーパ台に支持された補助ルーパ
を装着し且つ補助ルーパの端部を前記上ルーパ軸に固着
の上ルーパの糸穴に係止させて位置決めの上固定させる
ことにより、糸の本数を少なくした縁かがり縫を可能に
したものである。 【0006】 【実施例】本考案の実施例の構造を図面により以下に述
べる。ミシン機枠1は上方のアーム機枠2と下方のベッ
ド機枠3とで構成されており、アーム機枠2には上下方
向に往復運動せしめられる針棒(図示せず)が支持され
ており、該針棒の先端には針(図示せず)が固着されて
いる。ベッド機枠3には駆動軸4が回転自在に支持され
ており、該駆動軸の回転に連動して往復揺動運動する上
ルーパ5が設けられている。 【0007】該上ルーパを固着する上ルーパ軸6は前記
駆動軸4に固着された偏心カム7に連結の連結ロッド8
と該連結ロッドと連結の揺動ロッド9とを介して揺動せ
しめられ、従って該上ルーパ軸の先端部付近に固着され
る前記上ルーパ5は前記針と調時して交差するよう往復
揺動運動せしめられる。 【0008】又、下ルーパ10を固着の下ルーパロッド
11は前記駆動軸4に固着の偏心カム12と該偏心カム
に連結の連結ロッド13を介して往復揺動運動せしめら
れる。 【0009】前記上ルーパ軸6の上ルーパ5より先端に
は弾性体よりなる補助ルーパ台受14が設けられてい
る。該補助ルーパ台受は図3より明らかな通り側面より
見て略d形の形をなし側面15は前記上ルーパ軸6の側
面に形成のカット平面16に密着せしめられ上面17は
上ルーパ軸6の端面に締めねじ18にて固着せしめられ
ている。 【0010】補助ルーパ19は図7に示される如く山形
に略中央より屈曲せしめられ一端20が捩れUの字形を
なし他端21が長手Uの字形をなしている。補助ルーパ
19は他端21の長手Uの字形部を補助ルーパ台22の
2ケ所に形成された補助ルーパ挿入穴23,24に嵌装
させて補助ルーパ台22に装着せしめられる。 【0011】該補助ルーパ台には前記補助ルーパ19の
挿入穴23,24が形成された側の反対側にU字溝25
が形成され、該U字溝を前記上ルーパ軸6のカット平面
16の背面側の円弧部に装着させ、補助ルーパ19の他
端21の長手Uの字部を上ルーパ軸の軸線と略直角な状
態(図2参照)にし、該他端の長手Uの字に前記補助ル
ーパ台受14の反対側面に形成の屈曲部26を圧接さ
せ、補助ルーパ19の移動を抑止している。又、補助ル
ーパ19の一端20の捩れUの字形の先端部27は略直
角に屈曲され上ルーパ軸6に装着の際は上ルーパ5の糸
穴28に係止し補助ルーパ19の位置を決定させる。
又、補助ルーパ台受14の反対側面の端部には指かけ操
作部29が延設せしめられている。 【0012】本考案は以上の如き構造であって、通常の
縁かがり縫の場合には上ルーパ軸6の先端に補助ルーパ
台受14を固着した状態で、上ルーパ5と針と下ルーパ
10の各糸穴に糸を通してミシンを運転させて1本針3
本糸又は2本針4本糸の縁かがり縫い目を形成する。又
これより糸が一本少ない縁かがり縫い目の場合には前記
補助ルーパ台受に補助ルーパ19を支持する補助ルーパ
台22を装着させ糸は針と下ルーパ10に通してミシン
を運転させて縁かがり縫い目を形成する。。 【0013】補助ルーパ台受14に対する補助ルーパ台
22の着脱は補助ルーパ台受14の近設した操作部29
を指で開放させることにより容易に行なわれる。又ミシ
ンの機種により上ルーパ軸6の軸心から上ルーパ5の糸
穴28の位置までの距離が異なる場合があるが、補助ル
ーパ19が補助ルーパ台22に対してU字の長手方向に
移動可能に装着されている為、調節してどの機種にも対
応させることができる。 【0014】本考案は以上の如き構造及び作用をなすも
のであるから針と上ルーパと下ルーパの各糸穴に糸を通
した1本針3本糸の通常状態ではミシンを駆動するとJ
