【産業上の利用分野】本考案はミシンにおけるテープ支
持装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のミシンにて縫付けられるテープの
支持装置は縫製工場等で使われる量産用の工業用ミシン
との組み合わせで使用される生産工場用のものであっ
て、作業用テーブル上にミシンとは離れた位置に単独に
設けられた大型のものであるから、ミシンの非稼動時に
も格納に配慮せずとも不都合が生じなかったが、家庭用
として使用する場合には大型過ぎて扱い難い面のあるこ
とと共に格納なども種々の面で不都合が生じていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案はテープを支持
する支持装置をミシンの不使用時には格納出来るように
すると共にテープの大型巻枠からテープ支持装置のリー
ルに補給的に巻取り易い構造にする点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案はリールを支持す
るリール取付台をミシン機枠の適宜な位置に着脱自在に
設けてテープ支持装置の小型化と移動性を高めると共に
格納化を可能にしてリールのフランジ部に放射状方向に
長い細穴を設けてテープの巻付けを容易にしテープの巻
取り補完を可能にしたものである。

【作用】本考案はミシン機枠に着脱可能な固定部とテー
プ案内穴とリール取付軸とを一体的に形成のリール取付
台を設け、前記リール取付軸に回転自在なリールを支持
し、該リールのフランジ部に放射状方向に長い細穴を設
けることによりテープ支持装置のミシン機枠への一体化
が行なわれ、従ってミシンと共の移動性が高められ、又
希望の色のテープの小量巻取りが可能となるものであ
る。

【実施例】本考案の実施例の構造について図面により以
下に述べるミシン機枠１内には電動機（図示せず）によ
り駆動される駆動軸（図示せず）が回転可能に支持され
ると共に、該駆動軸の回転に連動し上下動する針棒２が
支持されており、該針棒の下端には針３が固着されてい
る。又ミシン機枠１には下端に布押え４を固着の押え棒
５が摺動可能に支持されている。
【０００７】前記ミシン機枠１の背面部には糸巻（図示
せず）を装着する糸立部６が設けられており、前面部に
は前記糸巻から導き出される糸に張力を付与する為の複
数の糸x調子器７、８、９、１０が設けられており、更に適
宜の位置に糸の進む方向を変更させる複数の針糸案内１
１、１２が設けられている。
【０００８】下方のミシン機枠１３には前記布押え４が
当接する位置に針板１４が取付けられており、該針板下
方にはルーパー、送り歯等（いずれも図示せず）が設け
られている。前記ミシン機枠１の適宜の位置にはリール
取付台１５が着脱可能に設けられている。該リール取付
台は固定部１６が形成された腕部１７とテープ案内穴１
８が形成の案内腕１９とリール支持軸２０を水平状に固
着する支持腕２１とで一体的に構成されており、前記固
定部１６を締めねじ３４によりミシン機枠１に固着す
る。
【０００９】前記リール支持軸２０にはリール２２が厳
装され回転自在に支持されている。該リールは両側にフ
ランジ部２３、２４が形成され、該両フランジ部の間に
はテープ装着用の軸部２５が設けられ中央に前記リール
支持軸２０を挿通する為の穴部２６が設けられ、フラン
ジ部の側面の適宜の位置に指掛け用ハンドル２７及び放
射状方向に長い細穴２８が設けられている。該細穴の端
部には細穴の幅より拡大された円形穴２９が設けられて
いる。
【００１０】前記リール取付台１５の垂直な支持腕２１
にはツマミ部３０を具えた調節ネジ３１が螺着されてお
り、該調節ネジ３１の先端は前記リール２２の他のフラ
ンジ２４の外側に直角に対向している。前記リール２２
はリール支持軸２０に厳装し、該リール支持軸の軸端に
設けられたネジ穴３２に螺着する固定ねじ３３の顎部に
より保持される。
【００１１】本考案は以上の如く構成されており、従っ
て以下の通り作用する。前記支持腕２１のリール支持軸
２０上にてリール２２が回動自在に支持されるリール取
付台１５をミシン機枠１に固着し、太巻の他のリールか
ら本考案のリール２２にテープＴを一部巻取る。巻取る
テープＴの端部をフランジ２３の中から外へ細穴２８を
通して指で固定しておいて、ハンドル２７を廻すことに
よりテープＴがリール２２に巻取られる。
【００１２】リール２２に巻取られたテープＴはテープ
案内穴１８より下方に導かれ 前記糸調子器７,８,９,
１０及び針糸案内１１,１２の間を通って、それらの機
能を損ねないようテープ付用布押え４の下方へ引き出さ
れる。この様にしてミシンを運転すると針棒２の上下運
動により針３とルーパーが協働し布が縫われ、且つ布上
にテープＴが縫付けられる。前記調節ネジ３１の操作に
よりリール２２の回転に制動が付与される。

【効果】本考案は以上の如き構成と作用をなすものであ
るから、大巻きの他のテープリールからテープを本考案
のリールに適宜の量を巻取ることが可能であると共にミ
シンにテープ案内部が固定されているのでテープの案内
性が良く、又ミシン機枠にテープ支持装置が固定されて
いるのでミシンと共に移動することが可能である等実用
