2. Description of the Related Art In recent years, it has become possible to show a movie on a large screen at home even with the improvement of video image technology. Along with this, the sound device has also been required to have the power and sound quality appropriate for a large screen, and in combination with the projection device 5 and the screen 10 as shown in FIG. Correspondingly, a center speaker 3, a left speaker 2 and a right speaker 4 corresponding to the channel on which the background music is recorded, and a total of three speakers, and one or two sound field speakers at the rear or side. On the other hand, the screen 10 has a structure in which a reflective material such as a white paint 10b and glass beads 10c is applied to the surface of a vinyl chloride sheet 10a as shown in a perspective sectional view shown in FIG. There is no sex.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Since the conventional screen has no sound transmission, in the AV system as shown in FIG. 7, the center speaker 3 cannot be installed on the back side of the screen like a theater.
Therefore, there is no other way than to install it in a position where it does not hinder the projected light projected from the front, and it is not only limited to the installation location, but also the screen position and the acoustic position are greatly displaced, especially when playing dialogue. It was a cause of lack of power.

In order to solve such a problem, an example in which a screen has sound holes 10d at a fixed rate as shown in FIG. 9 has been put to practical use, but generally the air permeability is approximately 40 (JIS standard 1096 6.27.1 A).
Based on the air permeability test method specified by law, the value is only about the value measured by a Frazier-type tester (unit: cm 3 / cm 2 · s, the same applies hereinafter). As shown in FIG.
The sound pressure transmission characteristic 12 having the air permeability of 40 is inferior to the above sound pressure transmission characteristic 11b. In order to improve the sound pressure transmission characteristics, the sound holes should be large and the number should be large. However, when the distance between the viewer and the screen is large, such as in a theater, this is not a problem, but when viewing at a relatively short distance, such as for home use, this sound hole 10d looks like a black dot. Problems arise. In order to solve such a case, it is conceivable to use a woven or knitted fabric having a constant air permeability as a constituent material of the screen. With a woven or knitted fabric, the air permeability can be ensured even if the eyes are fine, so that problems such as a screen having sound holes can be solved. However, while good air permeability is proportional to sound transmittance, it also allows light to pass through. In this case, as shown in the operation conceptual diagram of FIG. 10, the transmitted projection light 9 is reflected by the wall surface 7 on the rear surface of the screen and the like, and the reflected light 9a
As a result, since the screen returns to the projection surface side through the thread from the back side of the screen, there is a visual problem such as deterioration of the screen contrast.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above object, the screen of the present invention comprises a breathable woven or knitted fabric having a permeability of about 100 or more subjected to a treatment of forming a darker colored thin film on one side than the other side. The surface on the side on which the above-mentioned colored thin film forming process is not performed is used as a projection surface.

As shown in FIG. 4, sound waves 8 from the speakers 2, 3, and 4 installed on the back of the screen 1 pass through the screen 1 and reach the viewer 6 without causing significant deterioration in characteristics.
For the viewer 6, especially for the reproduction of the dialogue, the screen position and the sound position coincide with each other, so that a powerful video and audio effect similar to that of a theater system can be obtained. On the other hand, the projection light 9 projected on the screen 1 is favorably reflected on the surface 1a of the screen 1 knitted with a substantially white thread. Some light is on screen 1
To reach the back side of the screen 1 and reflect on the wall surface 7 and the like again to reach the colored thin film forming surface 1b of the screen 1. However, the light is absorbed and reflected by the colored thin film covering the yarn surface, so that the viewer 6 There is no leakage to the side, and the screen contrast is improved as compared with the case where a conventional screen made of a woven or knitted fabric is used.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, a woven or knitted fabric on which one side has been subjected to a darker colored thin film forming process from the opposite surface is used as a constituent material, and the surface on which the above-described colored thin film forming process has not been performed is used. With a configuration in which the air permeability of the woven or knitted fabric is set to about 100 or more as the projection surface, it is possible to realize a screen having not only excellent sound permeability but also excellent visual performance such as contrast.
