The above-mentioned crimp-type surface fastener cuts a pile loop formed on a base cloth in half, and heats its respective tip to form a bullet-shaped locking head. The production is troublesome, and there is a problem that a coating is required on the back surface of the base fabric in order to prevent the loop from coming off, thereby increasing the production cost. Accordingly, the present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has an object to provide a low-cost crimp-type surface fastener which is easy to manufacture and does not need to apply a coating on the back surface of the base fabric for loop removal. Things.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 illustrates a crimp type surface fastener having a locking element according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 illustrates a locked state of the crimp type surface fastener according to the present invention. The locking element 1 of the crimp type surface fastener (hereinafter simply referred to as a surface fastener)
Consists of a pile loop formed on the base fabric 2 by weaving or knitting monofilament yarns such as hollow, flat, and solid shapes made of synthetic resin such as nylon 6, nylon 66, polyester, polypropylene, and polyvinyl chloride. Is what you do. FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of the surface of the hook-and-loop fastener. A large number of locking elements 1 are erected on a base cloth 2 to form a male hook-and-loop fastener. As shown in FIG. 3, the locking elements 1 are press-fitted into the gaps between the locking elements 1 so as to function as hook-and-loop fasteners. The locking element 1 is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the pile loop 3 comprises two legs 4 and a top 5 standing upright from the base cloth 2, and the top 5 is a flat bent portion 6.
The bent portion 6 has locking portions 7 formed on both left and right sides protruding in a direction perpendicular to a surface including the two leg portions 4, and a pair of hook-and-loop fasteners as shown in FIG. When the face fasteners are press-fitted face-to-face, the locking parts 7 of the locking elements 1 and 1 of the hook-and-loop fastener are locked to each other and act to make separation difficult. And this bent part 6 is
At the time of the monofilament yarn before the pile loop 3 is formed, a flat portion is formed by pressing the monofilament yarn at a predetermined position, and the flat portion is formed by bending at the flat portion. The monofilament yarn is formed to protrude left and right by pressing. A pile loop is formed by weaving or knitting using the monofilament yarn having the locking portion 7 formed at each fixed position so that the locking portion 7 is located on the top 5 of the pile loop. Simultaneously when the top 5 is bent to form the locking element
The two legs 4 are also slightly curved outward . 4 to 6 show the arrangement of the bent portion 6 of each locking element when the pair of hook and loop fasteners A and B are locked. FIG. 4 shows the bending of the hook and loop fastener A. The positions of the bent portions 6A and the bent portions 6B of the hook-and-loop fastener B are arranged at equal pitches and widths, and the pile portions 6A and 6B are pressed into each other to hold the locked state, so that a pile is formed on the base cloth 2. It is formed by forming a loop 3. FIG. 5 shows a configuration in which the vertical pitch of the bent portion 6B of the hook-and-loop fastener B is twice that of the bent portion 6A of the hook-and-loop fastener A. The number of locked portions is reduced, and the peel strength is lower than that of the hook-and-loop fastener shown in FIG. It becomes small and separation becomes easy. FIG. 6 shows a hook-and-loop fastener B.
The pitch in the vertical and horizontal directions of the bent portion 6B is twice that of the bent portion 6A of the hook-and-loop fastener A. The number of locked portions is smaller than that of the hook-and-loop fastener shown in FIG. Becomes easier. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a surface having a peel strength suitable for use by changing the arrangement pitch of the bent portion 6A of the surface fastener A and the bent portion 6B of the surface fastener B to variously change the locking state. You can get a fastener. The peel strength can also be changed by changing the thickness of the monofilament yarn of the pile loop 3 forming the locking element 1. In general, the use of a hollow monofilament yarn as the pile loop forming yarn facilitates the formation of the bent portion 6 of the locking element 1. The hook and loop fastener of the present invention is
It can be applied to household goods such as shoes, of course, it is suitable for industrial material fields such as fishing, agriculture, civil engineering, etc. because of its strong peeling strength, especially for construction materials enforcement, binding bands, mats, automobiles etc. The feature of the hook-and-loop fastener of the present invention is exhibited by using the present invention.

[Effect of the invention] A present invention is the above structure, pressure
As a locking element of the wearing type surface fastener, legs pair on the base fabric
The bent part is bent slightly outward and a bent part with a locking part is provided at the top of the pile loop that is erected or knitted so as to be locked with the other bent part. Since the part can be provided simultaneously with the weaving or knitting of the pile loop, the manufacture is very easy, and the locking element is constructed without cutting the pile loop,
There is no need to worry about the loop coming off when the pile loop is cut, so there is no need to coat the back side of the base fabric to stop the loop, so it can be manufactured at low cost and the legs are curved outward. Vertically
It is easy to deform and has little lateral overturn.
Pressing expands the legs further outward, facilitating engagement.
In addition, there are many excellent effects such as the fact that the engagement ensures the engagement by combining .
