より大きな隙間を維持する歯8aと、該歯8aの後方位
置に、内面平坦部8dと後面平坦部8eを有して、内筒
2の後退状態から内筒2が僅かに前進して印面12が朱
肉パッド13に接触するまで内筒2の後の歯7bの頂端
面にその内面平坦部8dを当接させて回転蓋4の回転を
阻止すると共に内筒2が前進して印面12が朱肉パッド
13に接触してから内筒2の後の歯7bが回転蓋4の上
記の歯8aに当接して押すことにより回転蓋4が窓孔4
9から外部へ突出して印面12が外筒1の前端開口から
