て形成している。又短板9の中間部には流出孔12を、そ
の外面側周縁にシール用突条を周設して穿設している。
短板9は比較的肉厚の剛性板とし、長板10は弾性変形可
能に形成する。長板10の短板側端部からはレバー13を突
出する。該レバーは、図1の状態からレバー先端を右下
方へ押下げることで隆起部4が図2のように下方へ弾性
反転するよう設けたもので、かつこのときレバー13の側
面が流出孔12を密閉する角度で長板10先端から突出させ
る。弾性薄板8,8と既述短板9とはほゞ同一角度で傾
斜させるが、そのようにすると長板側方部分と短板側方
部分との間の弾性薄板部分に稜線が形成されることとな
り、該稜線がリブ機能を持って弾性反転のための弾性変
形を困難とするから、図4が示すように短板9および長
板10の短板側部分との各左右側方のフランジ状部分14,
14内周縁が円弧状となるよう該部分における弾性薄板
8,8の上記傾斜角度を調整して上記稜線の発生を防止

用の蓋板を兼用することとなってキャップの構造を簡易
化でき、更にレバー13の長さを短板9の長さよりも大と
したから、隆起部4を下方へ弾性反転させた際、レバー
13の先端部は図2が示すようにフランジ状部3上方へ突
出することとなり、該レバー先端部を利用して行う、隆
起部上昇方向への弾性反転操作が容易となる。
