(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, a storage unit such as a slide shelf, for example, a cash cassette of a bill dispensing device is slidable with respect to a main body 1 to facilitate replenishment of cash into a cassette 2. It is a target. Such an apparatus requires a lock mechanism for positioning the cassette 2 and preventing theft, and a sensor 4 for detecting that the cassette 2 is set at a predetermined position to enable normal operation. As is clear from the figure, only the sensor 4 for detecting the operation of the lock claw 3 cannot distinguish between the state where the cassette 2 is set at the predetermined position and the state where the cassette 2 is pulled out, and the position of the cassette 2 cannot be stopped. Since it is common to use another sensor 5 for detection in common, there is a defect that not only becomes expensive but also increases the failure rate.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned defects of the conventional cash cassette storage unit and the like, and saves sensors and reduces costs by making a simple improvement to a lock mechanism. It is another object of the present invention to provide a lock state detection mechanism with a reduced failure rate.

That is, in order to unambiguously determine the state of the cassette or the like to be locked according to the position of the lock member, the lock member is configured to have a lock claw on one side and a flexible member on the other side with respect to its swing axis. When the cassette or the like moves to the vicinity of a predetermined lock position, the flexible member is engaged with the cassette or the like when the cassette or the like is moved to the vicinity of the predetermined lock position, and the cassette or the like is urged to the lock side to urge the cassette or the like. A sensor detects a change in the position of the lock member only when the lock claw falls into the lock groove after reaching a predetermined lock position.

FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing one embodiment of a lock state detecting mechanism of the present invention, in which a cash cassette 2 is slidable with respect to a main body 1 of a bill dispensing apparatus. A lock groove 6 is provided at the bottom of the cassette 2 to lock the cash cassette 2 at a predetermined position of the main body 1. A swingable lock claw 3 is provided near the slide surface of the cassette 2 corresponding to the position of the lock groove 6. At the same time, a flexible member (leaf spring) 7 is integrally provided on the opposite side of the claw 3 with respect to the swing axis of the claw 3 to form a lock member 8. The lock member 8 is always urged by a spring 9 in the unlocking direction. Further, a photocoupler 4 is arranged as a sensor near the tip of the claw 3 so as to be able to engage with the claw 3.

Now, assuming that the cash cassette 2 is pulled out of the main body 1 for replenishing bills, the lock member 8 is pulled down by the spring 9 and is engaged with the sensor 4 to block the optical axis of the photocoupler. The output is "0". The leaf spring 7 of the lock member 8 is in a state of protruding from the slide surface (FIG. 1A).

Next, when the operator inserts the cassette 2 into the main body 1, the cassette 2 and the leaf spring 7 are engaged to try to swing the lock member 8 against the spring 9, but the cassette 2 is set at a predetermined position. Until the claw 3 is stopped at the bottom of the cassette 2 and cannot swing, the output of the sensor 4 remains "0" (FIG. 1 (b)).

When the cassette 2 is set at a predetermined position, the pawl 3 is fitted into the lock groove 6 of the cassette 2 so that the lock is completed and the lock member 8 swings, and the output from the optical axis of the photocoupler 4 is "1". (FIG. 1 (c)).

In this way, the relationship between the position when the cassette 2 is mounted and the position when the cassette 2 is not mounted and the sensor output correspond one to one, so that not only one sensor can be saved, but also the locked state and the unlocked state can be changed. Can also be detected at the same time.

3 (a) to 3 (c) are views for explaining the operation, in which the lock groove 6 is provided at the free edge of the door 10 which rotates around a hinge (not shown), Obviously, if the same lock member 8, sensor 4 and the like are arranged, the function will be exactly the same as that of a slide-type cassette.

(Effects of the Invention) Since the present invention is constructed and functions as described above, a sliding shelf or an opening / closing door to be locked only by adding a very simple flexible member to a lock claw in a conventional locking mechanism. It is possible to make a one-to-one correspondence between the state of the lock claw and the state of the lock claw, so that the state of the member to be locked can be detected by only one sensor engaging with the lock claw. It has a remarkable effect in reducing the cost and improving the reliability of such a mechanism.

A lock having a locking claw and a flexible member fixed to a predetermined position of a lock portion such as a slide shelf or an opening / closing door so as to maintain a required positional relationship with each other with a rotation axis as a boundary. A member is provided to urge the lock member to an unlocked state by a spring means, and a lock state detection sensor provided near the lock member indicates the unlocked state, so that the shelf or door approaches the locked position. When the locking member is engaged with the flexible member, the locking member is biased to a locked state against the spring means, and when the locking claw enters the locking groove of the shelf or the door, the locking member is locked. The lock state detecting mechanism is further characterized in that the lock is completed by rotating the sensor and the sensor indicates the locked state.
