(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The conventional overwrapping and wrapping machine shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 has the following problems when the articles to be wrapped (23) are stacked prints. That is, the printed material and the like become thicker due to the binding portion swelling under the influence of the stable binding of the pages, while the swelling portion is small at the center portion, and the state of FIG.
When a load is applied from above, it shifts in the width direction as shown in FIG. 11 (see (45) and (45 ')). For this reason, when wrapping the packaging material (24) around the stacked packaged products (printed material) (23), the packaged product (printed material) (23) collapses (see Fig. 12) and cannot be packed. Was.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, an overwrap packaging machine of the present invention comprises a packaging material supply means for supplying a packaging material under a product to be packaged conveyed on a conveyor. An upright wrapping unit on both sides for aligning both sides of the wrapping material along both sides of the wrapped product and correcting the widthwise deviation of the wrapped product;
Pressing rollers movably mounted in the direction of the packaged product at the tip of each packaging material raising unit, and moving the presser rollers in the direction of the product to be packaged by bringing them into contact with the upper parts on both sides of the packaging material. Pressing means for bending the upper sides of both sides inward and superimposing them on the upper surface of the article to be packaged, and forming the lower parts on both sides of the packaging material by rotating each of the holding rollers and pulling up both sides of the packaging material. Roller driving means for removing slack.

(Operation) The overwrapping packaging machine of the present invention is configured as described above, and supplies the packaging material under the product to be conveyed on the conveyor by the packaging material supply means, and wraps the product to be packaged. When transported to the position, each packaging material raising unit is erected so that both sides of the packaging material are along the both sides of the packaged product and the widthwise deviation of the packaged product is corrected. At this time, each holding roller is moved in the direction of the article to be packed by the holding means, and is brought into contact with the upper portions of both sides of the packing material. Next, by rotating each holding roller by the roller driving means, the slack formed on the lower portion on both sides of the packaging material is removed by pulling up both sides of the packaging material upward,
Next, the above-mentioned folded portion is bonded with a tape or the like, and then the side flap is folded and bonded with an arbitrary device, thereby completing the packaging of the article to be packaged.

Next, the operation of the overwrapping and wrapping machine shown in FIGS. 1 to 6 will be specifically described. The packaged product (1) is transported by the supply conveyor (3) to the position of the photoelectric tube detector (40),
When the article to be packaged (1) is detected by the phototube detector (40), a detection signal obtained at that time is sent to the roller driving device of the packaging material delivery rollers (4) and (5), and the packaging material delivery is performed. When the rollers (4) and (5) are driven, the packaging material (2) is sent onto the conveyor (6) from between the supply conveyor (3) and the conveyor (6) (see FIG. 7 (I)). ). At this time, the article to be packaged (1) is transferred from the supply conveyor (3) onto the packaging material (2) sent onto the transport conveyor (6), and the packaging material (2) is transferred to the packaging article (1). It is supplied below (see FIG. 7 (II)). When the packaged product (1) is conveyed by the conveyor (6) to the position of the photoelectric tube detector (41) and the packaged product (1) is detected by the photoelectric tube detection (41), the detection obtained at that time is performed. A signal is sent to the drive for the conveyor, the drive for the conveyor is stopped, and the article to be packaged (1) and the packaging material (2) are set in the wrapping portion.
Next, the left and right cylinders (12) operate in the extension direction, and the left and right packaging material raising units (52) rotate upward around the shaft (9) to the upright position in the left half of FIG. The left and right sides of 2) are arranged along both sides of the article to be packaged (1), and the article to be packaged (1) is aligned (see FIG. 7 (III)). The upper part of (2) contacts both sides (see Fig. 2), and then the cylinder (16) operates in the contracting direction, and the movement of the bracket (17) (1)
5), the brackets (17) and (15), the cylinder (18), the lever (19), the roller support shaft (21), and the holding roller (20) descend, and the upper side of both sides of the packaging material (2) Are folded inward and overlapped (see (35) in FIG. 3), and then the cylinder (18) operates in the contraction direction, and the movement is transmitted to the roller support shaft (21) via the lever (19). The roller support shaft (21) and the holding roller (20) (2
0) rotates in the direction of the arrow (22) to remove the slack (51) (see FIG. 6) formed at the lower part on both sides of the packaging material (1) (see FIG. 7 (IV)), Next, a tape or the like is attached to the upper overlapping portion (35) of the packaging material (2), and the packaging material (2)
Is held in a tightly wound state, and is conveyed to the next step by the conveyor (6). In the next step, the side wrap is folded and bonded by an apparatus (not shown) (see FIG. 7 (V)). ), The packaging of the article to be packaged (1) is completed.

(Effect of the Invention) In the overwrapping packaging machine of the present invention, the packaging material is supplied by the packaging material supply means as described above under the packaged product conveyed on the conveyor, and the packaged product is transported to the wrapping position. Then, each packaging material raising unit is erected so that both sides of the packaging material are along the both sides of the packaged product, and the widthwise deviation of the packaged product is corrected. At this time, each holding roller is moved in the direction of the article to be packed by the holding means, and is brought into contact with the upper portions of both sides of the packing material. Then, each pressing roller is rotated by the roller driving means, and the slack formed on the lower portion on both sides of the packaging material is removed by pulling up both sides of the packaging material. Then, the side flaps are folded and attached by an optional device to complete the packaging of the packaged articles, so that there is an effect that the packaged articles which are easily collapsed like printed matter can be tightly wrapped.
