きくなり結果として造粒物の径が不均一になるという問
題があった。このような不具合を解決する方法として、
ギヤ−ロ−ル全体をセラミックスのような極めて耐摩耗
性の高い材質で作ることも考えられるが製造が厄介で非
常に高価となる問題がある。本考案は上記問題点に鑑み
てなされたもので、歯底部の小孔の摩耗を大幅に減少さ
せ、押出し成形される造粒物の径を極めて長期間に渡っ
て均一に成形することが可能な押し出し造粒機のギヤ−
ロ−ル体を提供することを目的とする。

にはギヤ−ロ−ル3、3’が図2に示されるようにシュ

3’は図4に示すように本体壁面を断面コの字形状の環
状体にくり抜いた中空部3Aを有する構成となってお
り、該軸2、2’のうちの一方の他端は前記基台1に取
り付けられた可変速モ−タ5と連結されていて前記ギヤ
−ロ−ル3、3’は任意の回転数で互いに噛み合う方向
(図2の矢印方向)に回転されるように構成されてい
る。前記基台1における軸2、2’の上方位置には取付
台13Aを介して可変速モ−タ13が設置されており該
モ−タ13は前記基台1上における前記ギヤロ−ル3、
3’の直上位置に設置された円錐状原料供給ホッパ7内
に設けられた竪型フィ−ドスクリュ−6とギヤ−ボック
ス8によって連結されており、これによって該フィ−ド
スクリュ−6は任意の回転数で回転可能となっている。
該フィ−ドスクリュ−6はギヤ−ロ−ル3、3’から上
方に適当な距離をおき、且つ、該スクリュ−6の先端部
が互いに噛み合ったギヤ−ロ−ル3、3’の中心にくる
ように設置されている。前記ギヤ−ロ−ル3、3’の正
面中央上部には、造型時に原料のこぼれを防ぐためのカ
バ−14が前記ホッパ−7の下底面の張り出し板7Aに
取り付けられており該カバ−14の下端には造粒成形さ
れた原料を適当な長さに切断するためその刃先がギヤロ
−ル3、3’のくり抜かれた中空部3Aに向かって前記
軸2、2’と平行に必要な長さまで伸びているナイフカ
ッタ−10が取り付けられている。前記ギヤロ−ル3、
3’の歯底全周には、図3、4に示すように複数の貫通
小孔9Aを適当な間隔をおいて穿設したセラミックス製
のチップ9が嵌合接着されており、該セラミックス製の
チップ9はその下部が先細り状の段付形状をしているの
で造型時に力が加わっても容易に外れない構造となって
いる。また図中11は成形品を落下案内するシュ−トで
ある。
