Since the mounting seat for the bus conductor is provided partially to the opening, a screwdriver such as a working spanner is inserted into the bus conductor from another portion of the opening, and the work is performed. Check the bolts and nuts from the outside of the busbar for looseness and other mounting conditions. Since the busbar conductor has its mounting seat embedded in a special bolt, a holding plate, a nut, and a support insulator, and is fixed to the support insulator via a screw portion, no tightening torque is applied to the support insulator. When replacing the support insulator due to breakage or the like, the portion of the bus conductor near the support insulator to be replaced is jacked up to the height of the support insulator, and the nut and the holding plate are temporarily removed while being held. Next, two nuts are screwed in series with the second external thread of the special bolt,
By rotating the inner nut with a screw device such as a spanner, the return torque is applied to the special bolt, and the screwing between the special bolt and the female thread portion of the support insulator is loosened.
Further, by applying a return torque to the engaging portion of the nut or the special bolt with a turning screw, the screwing of the special bolt and the female thread portion of the support insulator is released, and the special bolt is removed from the through hole of the mounting seat. . Similarly, all the special bolts used for fixing the supporting insulator to be replaced and the bus conductor are removed. Further, the bolts and the like that fixed the outer cover and the supporting insulator are removed, and the supporting insulator is slid in the horizontal direction to separate from the bus conductor. Then, a support insulator of a sound product is mounted in a procedure reverse to the above procedure, and is fixed to the bus conductor.

By continuing to apply the return torque as it is, the screwing of the first male thread 8a and the female thread 4c of the support insulator 4 is finally released.
Then, the special bolt 8 is taken out from the through hole 7a of the mounting seat 7. After all the special bolts 8 are removed, the bolts 5 (shown in FIG. 1) are removed from the outside of the jacket 1, and the damaged support insulator 4 is moved in the horizontal direction and removed. The removed support insulator 4 is taken out of the jacket 1 from the nearest inspection opening (not shown for obvious reasons), and a sound support insulator 4 is mounted instead in the reverse order to the above procedure.

In the above embodiment, since the second external thread 8b of the special bolt 8 is mounted so as to always exist inside the bus conductor 2, there is no hindrance to the withstand voltage characteristics of the phase separation bus. It is not cool. Further, in the above embodiment, the case where the present invention is applied to a phase separation bus having a cylindrical bus conductor 2 is shown, but the present invention is applied to a phase separation bus having a large-diameter rectangular cylindrical conductor or a hollow large-diameter polygonal conductor. Even in this case, the same effect is obtained. In these cases, one side of the rectangular cylindrical conductor or the polygonal conductor can be used as a substitute for the mounting seat 7. Further, in the above embodiment, the case where two special bolts 8 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the axis of the bus conductor 2 in a plane perpendicular to the axis of the bus conductor 2 for one support insulator 4 is shown. However, the special bolt 8 may be arranged on the inner surface including the shaft, or one or three or more special bolts 8 may be used for one support insulator 4.

As described above, according to the present invention, the state of attachment of special bolts and nuts and the looseness thereof can be confirmed from the openings provided in the bus conductor. Also,
There is no direct tightening torque on the support insulator, which reduces the risk of damage to the support insulator during assembly. Further, by screwing two nuts in series with the second male thread portion of the special bolt (double nut), the special bolt can be easily removed from the supporting insulator, and thereby another supporting insulator and its fixing can be achieved. It is possible to remove only the damaged support insulator without removing bolts and the like, and replace it with a sound one.
