The preformed body in the present invention is formed by forging, casting, thermal spraying, handwork, laser, electron beam processing, or the like. In addition, the porous molded body is made of a mixture of a noble metal powder and an organic additive, and this molded body is
It is made by heating to 0-500 ° C. to remove additives and then firing. After setting the molded body in a mold such as a rubber mold, a wooden mold, or a plaster mold, wax is press-fitted to form a model in which the molded body and the wax are integrated. It is dewaxed at -150 ° C and fired at 500-800 ° C to obtain a mold. A predetermined noble metal melt is poured into the mold and filled into spaces or pores other than the molded body. After that, when the mold is removed, the molded body is integrated with the cast metal and becomes a decorative article having various shapes and patterns.

Example 1 90 g of pure Au powder, microcrystalline wax 4
g, 5 g of beeswax and 1 g of stearic acid after molding,
After removing the additives other than Au, firing was performed to obtain a network-like porous sintered body. After setting this sintered body in the cavity of the ring-making rubber mold, the wax was heated at 70 ° C. to a temperature of 0.1 mm.
A model in which the wax and the sintered body were integrated by press-fitting at 8 kgf / cm 2 was produced. This integrated model was buried in a mold material mainly composed of quartz and gypsum powder, and then heated to 100 to 150 ° C. to remove wax. Next, the mold was fired at 800 ° C., and a melt of Au-Ag-based 18k white gold was poured into the mold and filled into the pores of the sintered body at the same time as the mold cavity. A ring with a pattern was obtained.
