る磁束と、中央磁脚において互いに同じ方向になるよう
巻回した巻線とする。従って外側磁脚の磁束9と中央磁
脚の磁束5の方向は同一方向となり、かつ空隙のある外
側磁脚の磁束8、中央閉磁路磁脚磁束4と磁束9、磁束
5は互いに打ち消す方向となるよう互いの磁脚に巻線を
施した構成であるので、外側の空隙を設けた磁脚と中央
の閉磁路磁脚の両側の相隣る磁脚で2つのノルマルモー
ドチョークコイルを形成し、中央の2つの磁脚によりコ
モンモードチョークコイルとなるノイズフィルタ用チョ
ークコイルを形成する。

々の導線を2つの磁脚に巻回した巻線が同極になるよう
巻回する。この様な巻線とすることにより、空隙6、空
隙7を設けた両外側の磁脚と中央の閉磁路磁脚により入
力側に直列に挿入されたノルマルモードチョークコイル
を形成し、中央の2つの閉磁路の磁脚によりコモンモー
ドチョークコイルを形成する。この時両外側の空隙6を
通る磁束8、空隙7を通る磁束9は中央の閉磁路磁脚を
通る磁束4と磁束5と中央の磁脚で同一方向となり、ノ
ルマルモードチョークコイルが作る磁束で閉磁路回路に
漏洩する磁束は組となる2つの磁脚で出来る磁束によ
り、互いに打ち消される。通常両外側に設けた空隙6、
空隙7の空隙長は同一間隙長であり、又巻線数は同じ巻
回数とし、中央両閉磁路の磁脚に巻回される巻線は両方
の磁脚に同一巻線数の巻線が巻回される。図2は本考案
によるノイズフィルタ用チョークコイルに用いる磁心の
例で、両外側に空隙6、空隙7を設けた例で、図3は4
脚磁心とI型磁心からなる分割磁心で、両外側に空隙
6、空隙7を設けてある。図4は中央両側の閉磁路磁脚
の断面積を大にし、コモンモードチョークコイルのイン
ダクタンスの値を大きくする必要の時の磁心形状を示
し、図5、図6は中央磁脚に巻線を施した時に巻線が磁
心の高さを越えない構造とした磁心の例であり、図7は
図5の2分割磁心を一体に閉磁路に形成した磁心の例で
あり、図8は図4の2分割磁心を一体形成した閉磁路に
形成した磁心の例である。なほ本考案の実施例は両外側
の空隙を設けた磁脚の空隙の長さ及び磁脚の寸法は同じ
で4脚磁心で説明したが、空隙の長さ及び形状、巻線数
が両外側の磁脚で非対称であっても本考案のノイズフィ
ルタ用チョークコイルを形成し得ることは当然である。

ョークコイルが必要とするインダクタンスの値により、
磁心形状を変えることにより最適なノイズフィルタ用チ
ョークコイルを形成できる。
