下二室を上下に貫通する第1ピストンロッドと、第1ピ
ストンロッドにおける上側室内個所に上・中・下位カラ
ーを設けて上位カラーと中位カラーの間および中位カラ
ーと下位カラーの間ににそれぞれ上下動可能として支承
した第1ピストンおよび第2ピストンと、第1・第2ピ
ストン間に第1ピストンを上方に向って第2ピストンを
下方に向って押圧する状態で挟入した第1コイルバネ
と、シリンダの上端壁に同壁と第1ピストンの間にに送
排気する状態で設けた第1ポートと、中間壁に同壁と第
2ピストン間に送排気する状態で設けた第2ポートと、
第1ピストンロッドの下端を上側管部内を介して上下弁
座の中心部まで延長して当該延長部に上下動可能として
被着した管状の第2ピストンロッドと、第2ピストンロ
ッドの上端に下側室内で上下動する状態で支承した第3
ピストンと、第2ピストンロッドの内周面に設けた筒状
中空室と、第1ピストンロッドにおいて筒状中空室内に
存する個所に設けたスプリング座と、筒状中空室の下面
壁とスプリング座の下面間に捲装した上記第1コイルバ
ネより弱い第2コイルバネと、シリンダの下端壁に同壁
と第3ピストンの間に送排気する状態で設けた第3ポー
トと、第2ピストンロッドの下端部に設けた上記上側弁
座に着座する上側弁体と、第1ピストンロッドの下端に
設けた上記下側弁座に着座する下側弁体と、を備えたこ
