溶液の滴下量の調整が旨くゆかずに発散体に溶液の過剰
供給が行われても、過剰供給分の溶液を支持台の溜め部
に溜めておくことができ、発散体における溶液の保有量
を常に最適なものにして発散体より溶液を良好に揮散さ
せることができる。また、後の必要時に、この溜め部に
溜まった溶液を垂下部により吸収して揮散させることも
できる。
