Reference numeral 1 denotes a thermocouple in which a linear thermocouple material 11 and a cylindrical thermocouple material 13 are concentrically arranged inside and outside, respectively, and a tip is welded to form a hot junction at the tip. A thermocouple core wire 12 and a thermocouple cylinder 14 are concentrically joined to each other at a base end of each of the thermocouple material 11 and the thermocouple material 13 at a base end by welding with a gap therebetween. The use cylinder 15 is interposed. The thermocouple core wire 12 having a diameter r is bent so as to protrude rightward in FIG. 1 at a position near the base end, and is decentered in the XX section in FIG. And an eccentric wide portion 121a is formed. On the other hand, the thermocouple cylindrical body 14 has a shape substantially matching the wide part 121a, and has a flat wide part 141 having a slightly larger inner diameter by press working in the direction of the arrow a.
Is formed near the base end, and the thermocouple core wire 12 is inserted and fitted into the thermocouple cylinder 14 to fit the wide portion 121 a into the wide portion 141. In this embodiment, the crushing process may be performed separately on the thermocouple cylinder 14 and the thermocouple core wire 12. Thus, the wide portion 121a is prevented from rotating by the wide portion 141 of the thermocouple cylinder 14.

An oval shape having a wide portion 141 having a width t2 larger than the diameter r, and the thermocouple core wire 12 also having a wide portion 121b having a width t2 larger than r in the left-right direction via the insulating material 15. It is molded into. In this embodiment, the crushing process may be performed separately on the thermocouple cylinder 14 and the thermocouple core wire 12. Thus wide part 1
21b is prevented from rotating by the wide portion 141 of the thermocouple cylinder 14.

A type in which a so-called secondary thermocouple that generates an electromotive force having a polarity opposite to that of the thermoelectromotive force generated between the pair of materials 11 and 13 is interposed, and the same parts as those in FIGS. The other components are the same as those shown in FIGS. Thus, the rotation is prevented by the wide portion 141 substantially matching the wide portion 121b, and the object of the present invention is achieved.

Because it is constrained, relative rotation between the thermocouple material, the thermocouple core wire, and the thermocouple cylinder is impossible, and there is no danger of torsional stress occurring in any part of the thermocouple. , Which is effective without causing torsional breakage.
