[0003] In a stackable chair having a structure in which a seat plate is placed on a support plate laterally provided on a leg frame and fastened with a set screw penetrated from below the support plate,
The head of the set screw is designed not to damage the upper surface of the seat plate of the chair located below. For example, ensure that there is sufficient space between the upper surface of the lower chair and the lower surface of the upper chair so that the head of the set screw does not contact the upper surface of the lower seat. There are provided a structure in which a stopper protrudes and supports a lower end of a leg frame of an upper chair, and a structure in which leg frames of upper and lower chairs overlap with each other.

However, providing a sufficient space between the upper surface of the lower chair and the lower surface of the upper chair causes an increase in stacking pitch and lowers storage efficiency. Conversely, if the above-mentioned interval is reduced for the purpose of increasing the storage efficiency, the head of the set screw may scratch and damage the upper surface of the seat plate of the lower chair during stacking.

A recess forming a mounting base, the interior of the mounting base being open upward;
And an opening is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the seat plate.
The lower surface engages with the recess at a position corresponding to the mounting table.
And a projection facing the opening.
A screw hole is formed at the center of the protrusion, and the seat plate is placed on the support plate.
In a state in which the protrusion is engaged with the recess of the mounting base, a buffer having a mounting hole through which a screw shaft of a set screw can be inserted and a head thereof can be buried is provided on a lower surface of the mounting base. To the shock absorber
Screw the inserted set screw into the screw hole to turn the seat plate into the support plate.
At the same time as the fastening, a stackable chair was constructed in which a shock- absorbing member was projected from the lower surface of the support plate.

Thus, the plurality of chairs A according to the present invention,
When B, C,... Are stacked as shown in FIGS.
For example, when the upper chair B is stacked on the lower chair A, the shock absorber 4 protruding from the lower surface side of the seat plate 2 of the upper chair B
.., The back side of the backrest plate 3 can be brought into close contact with the upper surface of the seat plate 2 of the other chair A positioned below and the front surface of the backrest plate 3. The same applies to the relationship between the lower chair B and the upper chair C. As described above, since the head 42 of the set screw 19 for attaching the seat plate 2 of the upper chair does not directly contact the upper surface of the seat plate 2 of the chair located below, there is no danger of damaging the seat plate 2. There is no. Further, in this embodiment, in order to stabilize the stacked state, the leg frame 1

When a rearward tilting force acts on the backrest plate 3 from the initial state shown in FIG. 8, the rear leg 7 tilts rearward and the backrest plate 3 moves upward. The support portion 14 is tilted rearward so that the pivot portion of the lower support portion 13 moves obliquely upward and forward, whereby the horizontal portion 9 of the front leg portion 6 is lifted up via the first backrest portion 10 and the vertical portion 8 is moved upward. Is slightly inclined forward, but a downward load acts on the horizontal rod 9 of the front leg rod 6 due to the weight of the occupant sitting on the seat plate 2, and this load and the leaning on the backrest plate 3 are applied. The balance with the load is maintained. This state is a locking state as shown in FIG. At this time, in the initial state, the lower end of the center of the lower rod 15 abuts on the lower reinforcing rib 47 and the upper rod 1
The lower end of the center of 6 is in contact with the lower end of the notch 49 of the upper reinforcing rib 48. On the other hand, in the locking state, the lower end of the central portion of the lower receiving rod 15 is separated from the lower reinforcing rib 47, and the lower end of the central portion of the upper receiving rod 16 is brought into contact with the upper end of the cutout 49 of the upper reinforcing rib 48, and It regulates backward tilt.

The structure of the seat plate 2 shown in FIGS. 10 to 12 does not directly attach the cushion body 22 to the substrate 21 as described above, but is made of a synthetic resin which functions as the substrate 21. The inner shell 51 made of a synthetic resin to which the cushion body 22 is attached is detachably attached to the outer shell 50 described above. When it is assumed that the cushion body 22 is replaced, it is preferable to make the inner shell 51 as thin and light as possible from the viewpoint of cost and resource saving. Deformation may occur during the work of stretching the 23. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the outer shell 50 is thickened to secure the strength, and

More specifically, undercut portions 52 are formed at a plurality of appropriate positions on the outer peripheral rising edge of the outer shell 50, and claw pieces 53, which engage with the undercut portions 52, at corresponding positions of the inner shell 51. Are formed by integral molding, and a plurality of ribs 54,... For suppressing deformation are provided on the lower surface of the inner shell 51 in parallel. FIG.
3 (a) shows an inner shell 51 which is extremely curved and deformed.
(B) shows a moderately curved normal shape, and (c)
Indicates a flat deformation, and when the inner shell 51 having these shapes is attached to the outer shell 50,
The deformation of the outer shell 50 is corrected to a normal shape by the rigidity of the outer shell 50. In the present embodiment, the seat plate 2 has been described. However, a similar structure can be employed for the backrest plate 3 and can be applied to a general cushion product.

According to the stackable chair of the present invention as described above, the lower surface of the seat plate and the upper surface of the seat plate of the other chair located below the back side of the back plate are located on the lower surface of the back plate. In a stackable chair that is stacked in close contact with the front, it projects downward at multiple locations on the support plate
A mounting base is formed, and the inside of the mounting base is opened upward.
And an opening in the center of the bottom surface,
The concave portion is located on the lower surface of the seat plate and at a position corresponding to the mounting table.
And a projection engaging with the opening.
A screw hole is formed at the center of the protruding portion, and the seat plate is
And the projection is engaged with the recess of the mounting base.
A shock absorber having a mounting hole through which a screw shaft of a set screw can be inserted and a head thereof can be buried is provided on the lower surface of the mounting table,
Screw the set screw inserted into the shock absorber into the screw hole to remove the seat plate.
At the same time that the cushion is fastened to the support plate, the cushion is projected from the lower surface of the support plate, so that when the upper chair is stacked on the lower chair, the cushion contacts the upper surface of the seat plate of the lower chair. There is no danger of the upper surface of the seat plate being scratched by the head of the set screw, and the thickness of the shock absorber is suppressed to the minimum necessary, so that the stacking pitch can be set small and the storage efficiency can be improved. In addition, it is installed horizontally on the leg frame
