【考案の詳細な説明】
（産業上の利用分野）
本考案は芳香剤容器の構造に関するものであり、詳く
は、芳香剤をワンタッチで固定できる押え板と上蓋と底
蓋とを任意の角度で開口状態とすることができる固定用
の突起とを有することを特徴とする芳香剤容器に関する
ものである。
（従来の技術）
従来から上蓋と底蓋とで構成される芳香剤容器が知ら
れているが、それらは、使用時には上蓋と底蓋とを閉じ
た状態で所定の場所に置くようになっている為、容器内
に収納されている芳香剤の蒸気が容器外に発散できるよ
うに、容器本体に発散用の穴が設けられていた。
（考案が解決しようとする問題点）
しかしながら、この穴には発散する蒸気の量を調節す
る機能はなく、調節機能を付加するには摺り合わせ式の
遮蔽板を設ける等特殊な構造にしなくてはならないの
で、部品が多くなってコストアップの要因となる、構造
が複雑になった分だけ故障の発生が多くなる、といった
問題点を有していた。
本考案は以上のような従来品の欠点を解消し、非常に
単純な構造であって、蒸気の発散量を調節することの可
能な芳香剤容器を提供するものである。又更には、床置
き式と壁掛け式の２通りの使い方ができる芳香剤容器を
提供するものである。
（問題点を解決するための手段）
すなわち本考案の芳香剤容器は、第１図に示すように
底蓋（１）と上蓋（２）と押え板（３）とが、各々ヒン
ジ部分（４），（５）を介して連設されており、上蓋の
２側面には、底蓋を多段階に固定可能な突起（６）が設
けられているものである。なお、第１図に示した突起は
２段階に固定する為のものである。
第２図は突起（６）の開口用小突起（6b）に底蓋
（１）のフランジを固定した状態を示しており、この状
態では底蓋と上蓋との間が開いた状態となり、内部の芳
香剤からの蒸気がこの開口部から発散可能となると共
に、水平面に正立させて床置き式の使用が可能となる。
このとき、内部の芳香剤は押え板（３）と上蓋（２）と
によって保持され、かつ押え板（３）は上蓋（２）に設
けた押え板固定用の突起（７）によって固定されている
ので、芳香剤が容器外に脱落することはない。
第３図は突起（６）の閉鎖用小突起（6a）に底蓋
（１）のフランジを固定した状態を示しており、この状
態では底蓋と上蓋とが閉鎖状態となっており、芳香剤の
蒸気はこの部分からは発散しない。
この状態は、未使用時を示すと共に壁掛け式の使用形
態の一例を示しており、この使用形態を可能とする為に
底蓋には発散用の穴（８）、壁掛け用の穴（９）、およ
び壁面との間に空間を確保する為の底面突起（10）が各
々設けられている。
なお、第２図に示すような開口状態でも壁掛け式の使
用は可能である。
又、開口用小突起の数や位置を調整することによっ
て、開口状態を多段とすることが可能となり、発散用の
穴（８）と合わせて、蒸気の発散量を調節することがで
きる。
なお、容器内に収納される芳香剤としては、蒸気の発
散を防止する包装材によって包装されたものを、使用時
に該包装材を除去するような構成としたものを使用する
のが好ましい。
（考案の効果）
容器の構造が簡単で、安価なものが製造できる。
芳香剤の収納、固定が容易である。
床置き式と壁掛け式の２通りの形態で使用できる。
底蓋と上蓋の開口角度を調整することにより、芳香剤
