通孔10に嵌挿配置されてバルブプラグ15を摺動自在
に案内保持するガイドブッシュ16と、弁軸挿通孔10
の上端開口部に嵌挿されシール部材11を押圧するパッ
キンホロア17と、弁本体7の上面に複数個のボルト1
8によって固定されパッキンホロア17を押圧固定する
パッキンフランジ19等からなり、前記流体流入口5が
上流側配管1の下流側開口端に接続され、流体流出口6
に前記テールピース4がシートリング8を介して接続さ
れている。テールピース4は、複数個のボルト20によ
って弁本体7の下面に固定されることにより弁本体7と
協労してシートリング8を挾持しており、中心に貫通形
成された通路21の上端開口部がオリフィス22を介し
てシートリング8の下端開口部に接続され、下端が下流
側配管2の上端開口部に接続されている。このため、被
制御流体24はプラグ部とオリフィス部において2段減
圧され、これによってバルブプラグ15の負担減圧分を
減らしてプラグ寿命の長期化を図っている。すなわち、
弁下流側ではプラグ部を高速で固体粒子が通過するため
にバルブプラグ15の特性部外周面および流体流通孔1
4の内周面が擦過され、摩耗してしまう。その結果、流
路が本来の設計値よりも拡大するために弁開度を降下さ
せて減圧性能を維持しようとする。摩耗が進み弁開度も
下降し尽くしてしまうと弁としての寿命がつきる。現在
までのところ寿命が満足できる程長い製品は開発されて
おらず、そのためオリフィス22を組み込んで2段減圧
構造とし、バルブプラグ15の負担を軽減している。ま
た、バルブプラグ15自体の摩耗対策としては、図3に
示すようにタングステンカーバイト等の高強度材料で製
作された支持部材25と、焼結ダイヤモンド等の耐摩材
料によって製作され支持部材25の先端面に銀ロウ接合
されたバルブプラグ特性部26と、支持部材25を弁軸
12の内端に連結するホルダ27とでバルブプラグ15
を構成することで図っている。28は支持部材25とバ
