生し易いという不都合がある。

圧手段により押圧して微小変位可能に取付けることを構

ム使用時においても装置自体の歪みが少ないことを意味
する。すなわち、オフトラックを最小限に抑制でき、シ
ステムの信頼性が向上することになる。
