[Prior Art] Conventionally, in the case of forming a covered glass container, first, a colored glass (hereinafter referred to as a colored transparent glass in the present invention refers to a colored transparent glass) is blown into a mold by using a blow rod, and the inner surface of the mold is blown. After forming a thin layer (outer layer) of colored glass and removing unnecessary moir portions, colorless, transparent or different colored glass is blown into this to form a parison consisting of two layers closely adhered to the colored glass outer layer. . Next, since the fusion of these two layers is not sufficient, the parison is taken out of the mold together with the blow rod, reheated to a softened state, and then blow-molded with a finishing mold.

Further, generally, the so-called cut processing for cutting the colored glass layer of the cloth into a desired pattern is performed to expose the glass of the inner layer in a pattern.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in this conventional method, since the inner layer glass is blow-molded, there is not much problem when the diameter is small. Is difficult to mold. This is because when the parison with two layers is removed from the mold and transferred to the finishing mold, the parison hangs down due to its own weight due to the large amount of glass and the lower part becomes thicker, while the upper part near the blow rod is thinner. This is because it is inevitable that it will become. That is, in the case of a covered glass vessel having a relatively large weight, it was impossible with the conventional method to form a substantially uniform wall thickness from the mouth to the bottom.

The reason why glassware with a uniform thickness is required is that if the thickness of the mouth is satisfied from the viewpoint of strength, the bottom thickness will be excessive, while if the thickness of the bottom is moderate, the thickness of the mouth will be increased. This is because there is a problem that the thickness becomes thin and the strength becomes insufficient. This is also a problem because the depth at which the inner glass is cut by the cutting process is greatly restricted. Further, when the inner layer is made of colored glass, the amount of light penetrating through the cut portion may cause an unsightly difference between the vicinity of the mouth and the vicinity of the bottom, and all of these lower the commercial value.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The feature of the method of the present invention that achieves the above object is that a step of forming a thin outer layer glass made of colored glass by a mold blowing method, and an inner bottom surface of the formed outer layer glass in the mold A step of inserting a gob of a color glass or a transparent glass different from the outer layer glass, and a step of rotating the mold to stretch the gob along the inner surface of the outer layer glass by centrifugal force to form a thick inner layer glass, And performing a cutting process for exposing the inner layer glass in a pattern on the outer glass container made of the outer glass and the inner glass.

Example 1 Red glass was wound around the tip of a blowing rod 1 and blown into a mold 2 to form a red outer glass 3 (for example, about 0.7 mm thick) as shown in FIG. Subsequently, the moir portion 4 of the outer layer glass projecting upward from the mold 2 was heated and cut by a burner 5 as shown in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a fluid gob 6 of colorless and transparent glass is inserted into the center of the bottom of the outer glass 3 while the red outer glass 3 is still fitted in the inner surface of the mold 2 and immediately The mold 2 was rotated around a vertical axis and centrifuged. Due to this centrifugal molding, the rubber 6 as the colorless transparent glass is stretched along the inner surface of the red outer glass 3 in the mold 2, and as shown in FIG. As a result, a strong two-layer outer cover glass device 8 was formed by welding to the outer glass 3.

The molded glassware is cut in a conventional manner by means of an arrow, so that the red outer glass 3 is cut into a V-shaped groove as shown in FIGS. 5 (a) and 5 (b), and the cut surface thereof is cut. The outer cover glass container has a colorless and transparent inner layer glass 7.
It is natural that the opening is polished if necessary.

Example 2 A green outer glass 9 was blow-molded with a mold 12 in the same manner as in Example 1, and after removing the moil portion, a sixth glass was formed on the inner bottom surface.
As shown in the figure, a colorless and transparent gob 10 and a small amount of a blue gob 11 were overlapped and inserted. Subsequently, the glassware 13 shown in FIG. 7 was formed by rotating the mold 12 and performing centrifugal molding. Molded glassware
The outer surface of 13 is made of green outer glass (1.0mm thick), the middle layer is colorless transparent glass (10.0mm thick), and the inner surface is blue inner glass (1.0mm thick). As a result, the green glass was removed from the cut surface, and the colorless transparent glass was exposed. Therefore, the blue of the inner layer glass can be seen through this cut surface, the cut portion looks blue from the inside of the glass container, the others look blue and green mixed colors, and the other parts look green and blue mixed colors. It became an excellent covering glassware. This glassware is a composite product with the inner covering method.

Example 3 A case where a press molding method is employed instead of the centrifugal molding method will be described. That is, as shown in FIG. 8, a colorless transparent glass gob 14 is placed in a purple outer glass layer blow-molded in a press die.
, And then press-fit the plunger 15 as shown in Fig. 9 to press-mold the gob to form a purple outer glass (thickness: 1 mm).
Was molded into an outer cover glass pot in which the colorless and transparent inner layer glass (thickness: 4 mm) was completely fused to the inner surface. This was cut.

In addition, instead of the colorless and transparent gob 6 in Example 1, two types of colorless and transparent gob are inserted side by side in equal amounts and centrifugally molded, or in Example 1, cut processing is performed. Take the ponte on the outer bottom of the glassware before applying it, reheat it in a heating furnace and soften it according to the usual method, immediately rotate the ponte rod around the axis, apply centrifugal force to the glassware and remove the pot from the bowl shape Deformed into a dish shape, then cut,
Ponte traces on the outer bottom surface can be polished to form a cover dish.

[Effects of the Invention] In the present invention, in forming a covered glass container, a thin outer layer glass is formed by a blow molding method, and a thick inner layer glass is formed by a centrifugal molding method or a press molding method. Even when the diameter is large or the weight is large, there is an effect that the inner layer glass can be formed substantially uniformly. Therefore, it is possible to commercialize large pots, large plates, large vases, and the like, in which the inner glass is exposed in a pattern by cutting with an outer covering glass. Since the molding is performed by the centrifugal molding method or the press molding method, there is an effect that the thickness of the inner layer glass can be substantially uniform even when the diameter of the glassware is large or the weight is large. Therefore, commercialization of large pots, large plates, large vases and the like is possible. Conventionally, after forming the outer layer glass, a step of blowing the inner layer glass into the outer layer glass and subsequently reheating to sufficiently fuse the reglass and to soften it for final shaping with a finishing mold was required. According to the present invention, there is an effect that this step becomes unnecessary.
