2. Description of the Related Art A glass plate is mounted from a sash to a frameless bonding method, that is, a method in which a back surface around a glass plate is bonded and supported by a frame material fixed to a frame, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-31316 discloses a glass plate which is vertically held by holding metal fittings attached to two or more hanging wires, and which is screwed to a mounting metal attached to the glass plate surface. By doing so, a glass hanging wall for hanging a glass plate is disclosed, and as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 1-75508, a hole is drilled in a corner of a glass plate and a countersunk bolt is inserted into the hole. A non-protruding glass wall is disclosed in which the heads of the bolts are embedded in the glass to flatten the outer surface, and when the glass plate is carried out at a high place with the point support method of the metal fitting system, the wind resistance is improved. The tempered glass of the Luo 10~19mm,
Alternatively, a method in which a shatterproof film is adhered to the tempered glass is known. In Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. Sho 63-37787, a glass plate and a mounting frame fitted to a side portion of the glass plate are attached to the tempered glass. A mounting structure for a glass plate that is fixedly fastened from a thickness direction of the glass plate via a fastener inserted into a through portion formed in the glass plate, wherein a structure is provided between the through portion of the glass plate and the fastener. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2-144988 discloses a mounting structure of a glass plate which is provided with flexibility and is filled with a filler having an adhesive property between facing surfaces of the mounting frame and the side portions of the glass plate. The gazette relates to a structure in which a laminated glass is attached to a sash frame on the back side of a laminated glass via a sash frame, and the edge of the glass plate on the front side of the laminated glass is receded from the edge of the glass plate on the back side. A step portion is formed on the peripheral portion of the surface of the laminated glass by, sash frame,
The rear end side is supported by a sash frame, the front end side extends along the end surface of the laminated glass, and a locking portion that engages with the step portion is protruded at the foremost portion, and the sash is The construction structure of a glass plate in which the front end surface of the frame is flush with the surface side of the laminated glass is disclosed.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In recent years, a point support method of a metal system has been used for an outer wall of an atrium from a bonding method of a frameless method, and a mounting bracket has been bonded to a glass plate disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 58-31316. However, in the case of a large plate, there is a disadvantage that the number of mounting brackets becomes extremely large. In addition, there is a problem that it is difficult to drill high-strength holes due to an increase in the number of steps for dishing, and a drop in strength due to the sharp edges from the peripheral edge shape of the holes. To prevent this, a scattering-preventive resin film is stuck, but simply screwing the film and tempered glass together with a metal fitting attaches the spontaneous explosion glass to the bendable shatterproof film and the granulated glass. And, there is a risk of falling by scattering prevention film can not withstand the weight of the glass, Japanese Utility Model 63
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. -37787 requires the use of such a metal fitting for a normal glass plate or the like having a low allowable stress value.
However , it has a drawback that it requires a work of filling a filler in addition to a complicated structure, and the laminated glass disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 2-144988 is based on the premise that a normal glass plate is used. The engaging part of the sash frame is engaged with and supported by the step part of the sash frame, and it is leveled to eliminate the step and improve the aesthetic appearance, prevent dust and dirt from collecting on the step, and peel off the adhesive Although it is said that the holding force is prevented from lowering, there is a problem that the line supporting method of the locking portion requires an adhesive filling work and a further curing time as compared with the target point supporting method. .

The structure and components of the mounting bracket 7 include a shaft 9 for inserting spacers 14, 14 and an O-ring 13 at the center of a circular flange 8 large enough to be inserted into the insertion hole 6 at one end. The shaft portion 9 is inserted into the through hole 5 together with the spacer and the O-ring, and a screw portion 10 having an integral structure provided at the other end of the shaft portion has a tightening portion having substantially the same diameter as the outer diameter of the flange 8. The attached nut 11 is screwed and tightened to press both surfaces of the tempered glass 2 which is the peripheral edge of the through hole 5 in a sandwiching manner via packings 12 and 12 ′ attached to the both surfaces. And the through-hole 5, the portion which becomes a gap is provided with an annular O
Since the integral shaft portion 9 in which the ring 13 and the cylindrical spacers 14, 14 on both sides thereof are inserted is loosely inserted into the through hole 5 from the ordinary glass 4 side, the tightening nut 11 is formed. As a result, each surface of the flange 8 and the tightening nut 11 comes into contact with the end surfaces of the spacers 14 and 14 as well.

The operation of the present invention will be described below. Packing flange 8 portions in the insertion hole 6 drilled in the ordinary glass 4 1
Mounting bracket 7 fitted through the 2 combined is fixed by screwing in the structure 15, for example a nut 17 disposed on the rear side of the glass 1, the laminated glass 1 structure 15 combinations of the glass By arranging the main tempered glass 2 on the side and the ordinary glass 4 on the opposite side of the structure, even if scattered foreign matter abuts on the ordinary glass 4, the self-destruction of the tempered glass 2 is prevented, and the tightening nut 11 is used. Tightening the packing 12, 1
The tightening load applied to the tempered glass 2 due to the shrinkage of 2 ′ does not act directly, and the wind pressure load acting on the laminated glass 1 is largely borne by the tempered glass 2, while one of the ordinary glass 4 is interposed through the intermediate film 3. Only the load that follows the deformation of the tempered glass 2 is sufficient, for example, a 12 mm tempered glass 2
If 3 mm of ordinary glass 4 is bonded to the glass, the tempered glass 2 bears a load of 98% or more.

As for the laminated glass 1 provided in the lowermost layer or the like, the thickness of the ordinary glass 4 is increased by one rank in consideration of an unexpected impact, or a semi-reinforced, double-strength or strengthened thin glass is used instead of the ordinary glass. In this case, it is possible to guarantee the safety even further.

[Effects of the Invention] The present invention provides an untempered glass provided on the front side by arranging a main tempered glass on the back side of the structure side on which the laminated glass is mounted via an intermediate film.
Semi-tempered glass , tempered glass, etc. protects the main tempered glass from abutting foreign particles during scattering, and the tempered glass bears the mounting load and wind pressure acting via the mounting brackets, so that the mounting becomes safe and secure. Since the flange of the fitting is fitted into the insertion hole via packing, the protrusion from the exterior surface is eliminated, so that the aesthetic effect of the glass screen by sashless is not hindered, and the O-ring is deformed by tightening the fitting and spacer. The effect is remarkable, such as stopping rainwater that may be launched from the insertion hole.
