でき、船尾部のプロペラ部まで流入する氷片をなくし得
られてプロペラ翼と氷片の干渉による損傷を未然に防止
し、プロペラ翼、軸系装置及び主機関を保護することが
できる、等の優れた効果を得ることができる。
