端にある角度をもった刄先を形成したステーブルドクタ
ー等が一般に知られている。

クターブレードは、薄くなった刄先部分が長いためにネ
ック部の強度が弱く版の両サイドを中心に刃こぼれし易
く、そのためドクター筋クレームの原因ともなってい
た。またネック部が弱いため刄先部分が理想の点接触と
なりにくく、面接触、すなわち「腹カキ」状態となり易
く、そのため「版カブリ」「圧胴汚れ」の欠陥が生じ
た。前記第3番目のステーブルドクターブレードは、刃
なしドクターブレード、二段刄ドクターブレード等の欠
陥を解消する目的で作られたものであるが、刄先部が短
いため耐刷力が十分でないと云う欠点があった。本考案
は上記ステーブルドクターブレードの欠点を改良するた
めになされたものであって、その目的とするところは、
耐刷力を有し、シャープなドクター切れによる版カブ
リ、圧胴汚れの発生しにくいドクターブレードを提供す
ることにある。

従って、本考案のドクターブレードは生産能率の向上等
優れた実用上の効果がある。
