2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the outer surface is formed by a metal surface plate,
Various types of refractory panels having a structure in which a refractory core material is filled are provided. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 60-39545, the peripheral portions of two metal plates are bent at substantially right angles so that the bent portions are fitted to each other,
A refractory panel is provided in which, after filling a refractory core material in which a nonflammable binder and a hardening agent are mixed into a granular lightweight aggregate between the two metal plates, the two metal plates are pressed together so as to approach each other. Have been.

However, when a large number of such fireproof panels are connected as partition panels, for example, when they are connected via columns, it is necessary to attach a connecting tool such as a hook to a side end face thereof, and the hooks and the like protrude from the fireproof panel. Therefore, the hook may be bent or damaged at the time of handling, and when the hook is locked and connected to the locking hole of the column, the column is exposed between the adjacent fireproof panels, and the appearance is impaired. Not only that, there was a risk that the flame or smoke would permeate through the gap between the refractory panel and the column. For this reason, connecting the fireproof panels requires other joint materials in addition to the pillars, which has increased the cost.

The refractory core material 1 and the refractory core material 2 are the same, and are formed in mirror symmetry with rock wool or the like.
The refractory core materials 1 and 2 are formed by forming a grid-shaped ridge 7 on the inner surface of the substrate 6 having a predetermined thickness and setting the ridge 7 on the peripheral portion inward from the edge of the substrate 6. According to the manufacturing method, rock wool is compression-molded into a flat plate shape, and a predetermined portion is formed by cutting a predetermined portion while leaving a portion serving as the ridge 7, or the ridge 7 is formed from the beginning and compression-formed. Here, when compression-molding rock wool, it is also possible to fill a nonflammable binder. When a fire-resistant or heat-resistant core material other than rock wool is used, it is formed into the above-mentioned shape by a molding method suitable for the material. For example, when a granular inorganic aggregate is filled and mixed with a binder such as cement, it is poured into a mold and cured. It is also possible to use gypsum board.

In this joined state, the groove portions 11 of the vertical edge member 3 and the horizontal edge member 4 are provided in the concave grooves 13 formed by the base 6 and the ridges 7 at the peripheral portions of the refractory core materials 1 and 2. I have. Therefore, the substrate 6 and the ridge 7 at the peripheral edge of the refractory core materials 1 and 2, the groove 11 of the vertical edge member 3 and the lateral edge member 4, and the side piece 12 of the edge member 3 and the end face of the substrate 6 of the refractory core material 4. By bonding, it is possible to join more firmly. Also, since the width of the side pieces 12 of the edge members 3 and 4 is made substantially equal to the thickness of the substrate 6 of the refractory core materials 1 and 2, even if a pressing force acts on the outer surface of the non-combustible panel, both the exterior materials 5 and 5 are used. The distance between the edge members 3, 4, provided around
, And there is no change because the ridges 7, 7 abut against each other. Further, when the refractory core materials 1 and 2 are formed using rock wool, the refractory core material has some elasticity. Therefore, even if the central portion of the surface plate 8 is depressed, the material is restored by the elasticity.

According to the non-combustible panel of the present invention as described above, a pair of refractory core members are joined with their ridges facing each other, so that the ridges and the substrate have heat insulation and soundproofing functions inside. A space can be formed, and since this space portion is provided, it is light and inexpensive, and when joining the two refractory core materials, the groove of the edge member interposed between the peripheral portions of the two refractory core members is projected from the peripheral portions of the two refractory core materials. Fitting into the concave groove formed by the strip and the substrate, and both side pieces are joined to the end face of the substrate of the refractory core material, so that a dimensional error during molding of the refractory core material can be corrected at the time of joining. Since the periphery of the core material can be completely covered with the exterior material and the edge member, the core material is strong. Also, ridges shall be provided only on the inner surface of the refractory core material in the vertical or horizontal direction.
If formed, a plurality of continuous
A space can be formed, and the space can be used for wiring ducts or air conditioning
It can also be used for plumbing. And the inner surface of the refractory core
If ridges are formed in a grid pattern vertically and horizontally,
Can form a hermetically sealed cavity, which is excellent in heat insulation and soundproofing.
Can be made. And as exterior material,
It is made of metal and is installed around the surface plate that is in close contact with the outer surface of the refractory core material.
Edge plate of width approximately equal to the thickness of the plate is bent inward at a substantially right angle
When using a product that is made, it is said that it is superior in fire resistance
In addition, both side pieces of the edge member are attached to the edge plate of the exterior material and the substrate of the refractory core
It can be inserted between the two to firmly connect both refractory cores.

Furthermore, a groove can be formed around the refractory panel by means of the groove of the peripheral member provided therearound, so that a hook for connecting to a support column projects from the side end face into the groove. In addition to being able to be installed inside without a groove, a pillar can also be installed inside the concave groove. In addition, only the connecting member is provided with a connecting hook.
Use this connection hook to connect the fireproof panel to the support
Without the need for special components,
The connection of the noncombustible panel to the column can be made.
