2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, dehumidifiers using deliquescent salts such as calcium chloride and magnesium chloride have been put to practical use. These deliquescent salts have a large amount of moisture absorption, but due to their deliquescent nature, they have been deliquescent. The liquid was spilled, which was inconvenient to use.

[0003] Accordingly, the present applicant has paid attention to the property that a thermoplastic polyurethane film is permeable to moisture but impermeable to water, and stores deliquescent salts in a bag-shaped container made entirely or partially of this film. It has been found that the dehumidifier package that has been achieved achieves the object without any trouble.
Proposed as No. 1.

However, in the above proposal, the dehumidifier stored in the bag-like container has a flat pillow shape if placed on a flat surface, but if it is made vertical, it becomes a thermoplastic polyurethane film. Because of its flexibility, it hangs down and does not stand upright when placed on a flat surface, and it is inconvenient to store it in a closet or shoe box.

[0005] Therefore, it is not preferable that the product is in the form of a bag-like container as it is, or as a box-like product in which it is stored in a box.

Accordingly, the present inventor has conducted various studies and found that the bag-shaped container is housed in a specific paper box, the bag-shaped container is fixed with an adhesive, and a small window for an indicator is provided in the paper box, so that the box-shaped container is provided. It is possible to dispose of the product as it is, and it can be disposed of as it is after use. Since it absorbs moisture from the entire surface, a product having high hygroscopic power is obtained, and the present invention has been completed as a dehumidifying agent that allows the state of moisture absorption to be visually observed. In addition, the film which can be used for a bag-like container was also examined, and it was found that a microporous film other than the thermoplastic polyurethane film can be used as well.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a deliquescent salt is added to a bag-like container made of a thermoplastic polyurethane film or a microporous film that is permeable to moisture but impermeable to water. A dehumidifier comprising a bag-like container that is housed and fixed in the inside of a paper box having greater moisture permeability than the film and provided with a small window for an indicator on a side wall.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a bag-like container (2) containing deliquescent salts with the dehumidifying agent of the present invention in a paper box. Here, various kinds of deliquescent salts such as calcium chloride and magnesium chloride are used, but calcium chloride is inexpensive and common. The bag-like container for storing the deliquescent salts is made of a plastic film that is permeable to moisture but impermeable to water, that is, a thermoplastic polyurethane film. The part not using the thermoplastic polyurethane film may be a general gas, a plastic film that does not pass through the liquid may be used,
It is desirable to use a moisture-permeable film on the entire surface because productivity, high moisture absorption rate, and low moisture permeability can be used.

The thermoplastic polyurethane film of the present invention has a water pressure resistance of 50 mmHg or more and a moisture permeability of 300 g / 24.
hr. m 2 . 40 ° C. It has a characteristic value of RH 90%. As a result of various studies, the present inventors have found that a microporous film having such characteristic values can also be used in the present invention. As the microporous film, a film obtained by stretching a thermoplastic plastic such as a polyethylene film mixed with a filler such as ultrafine powder CaCO 3 or further immersing in a hydrochloric acid or the like is suitably used.

[0010] A bag-like container containing deliquescent salts is stored in a paper box. The paper box used in the present invention must be permeable to moisture and have a higher rate of moisture permeability than the film used for the bag-shaped container. If the moisture permeation rate is smaller than the film, the paper box becomes a bottleneck and does not serve as a sufficient dehumidifier, which is not preferable. Examples of such paper include kraft paper, manila balls, white balls, chip balls, general corrugated cardboard, and yellowboard.

[0011] Even if the bag-like container is stored in a paper box, if the paper box is placed vertically as shown in the figure, the bag-like container itself will lose its weight due to the weight of the deliquescent salts and the flexibility of the film. Fix the bag-like container with adhesive inside the paper box. For this, an adhesive, a glue, a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like may be used.

Next, an indicator small window (3) is opened in the paper box as shown in the figure. The number of small windows may be two to four. You can see through the small window that the dehumidifier absorbs moisture and the deliquescent salts are gradually liquefied in the bag-shaped container. If you see the liquid up to the top small window, you know that the dehumidifier is near the end point be able to. (Fig. 2)

In the present invention, when a thermoplastic polyurethane film is used as the bag-like container, the film is colorless and transparent, so that the liquefaction of the bag-like container can be seen as it is from the small window of the paper box. In this case, it is difficult to confirm that the film is liquid because the film is white and opaque.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, a cobalt test paper (7) that changes color from blue to red at a certain humidity to determine the humidity inside the bag-like container, that is, the state of the moisture absorbing ability, is applied to the transparent tape (6). If it is fixed at a position corresponding to the position of the small window of the paper box of the bag-like container, the situation inside the bag-like container can be known even in the case of a microporous film.

According to the present invention, the dehumidifier composed of deliquescent salts stored in a bag-like container made of a specific film is stored in a specific paper box and used as a dehumidifier as a product form. Since the end of moisture absorption can be easily known and the used paper box can be discarded as it is, it is preferable from the viewpoint of environmental pollution prevention, and it can be said that it is an easy-to-use dehumidifier.
