【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、周波数特性を改善した車載用スピーカに関
するものである。 〔従来の技術〕 従来、車載用スピーカとして、第4図に示すような断
面構造のコーンを有するものが一般的であった。 すなわち、スピーカコーンとエッジとの接着強度を維
持するために、スピーカコーン(コーン紙)1′とエッ
ジ2′との貼合部に、全円周にわたって接着部分3が設
けられていた。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 しかしながら、従来の車載用のスピーカは上記のよう
に構成されていたため、スピーカコーン1′を伝搬して
エッジ2′方向に放射状に広がっていく波が、接着部分
3において吸収されてしまうので、エッジ2′からの反
射波が少なくなり、第5図に示すように、無響室での出
力音圧周波数特性が全体に平均してフラットとなり、特
に中域(1000〜2000Hz)においてこのようにほぼ一定の
レスポンスであった。 ところが、このような出力音圧周波数特性を有するス
ピーカを、車載用スピーカとして車内に設置すると、第
6図に示すように1000〜2000Hz付近に鋭いピークDが発
生し、聴き手にとってボーカルが特にうるさく感じられ
るという問題点があった。 〔考案の目的〕 本考案の目的は、上記従来の車載用スピーカの問題点
を克服し、車内に設置したときでも全体にほぼフラット
な出力音圧周波数特性を有する、改良された車載用スピ
ーカを提供することにある。 〔考案の概要〕 すなわち、本考案は、車内に設置して用いられる車載
用スピーカにおいて、スピーカコーンとエッジとの貼合
部の前記スピーカコーンの延長部分と前記エッジとの間
に均一な幅の空隙を設け、該空隙に樹脂のコーティング
層を設けたことを特徴とするものである。 〔考案の実施例〕 以下、図によって本考案を具体的に説明する。 第1図は、本考案の一実施例により車載用スピーカの
スピーカコーンの断面図である。 同図に示すように、本考案においては、従来、貼合部
の全円周面にわたって接着されていた部分(第4図の
3)を、一部のみの接着に縮少し、代りに貼合部に樹脂
のコーティング層4を設けている。 ここで、樹脂としては、ブタジエン、クロロプレン、
エチレンプロピレン共重合体、ジオクチルフレート、フ
タール酸誘導体等がある。 このように、スピーカコーン1とエッジ2との貼合部
に樹脂のコーティング層4を設けているので、スピーカ
コーン1から放射状にエッジ2に伝搬する音波は、樹脂
のコーティング層4が硬くなっているので、ここで音波
がエッジ2に吸収されてしまわずに、スピーカコーン1
の中心部に向かって反射される。 したがって、この樹脂のコーティング層4からの反射
波と、スピーカコーン1中心部からの音波とが互いに干
渉して減衰するので、第2図のAのように、無響室での
出力音圧周波数特性が1000〜2000Hz付近において、深い
ディップとなって表われる。 よって、このようなスピーカを車内に設置すると、従
来の車載周波数特性(第6図)のピークDと打ち消し合
って、第3図Bのように、1000〜2000Hzにおいてもほぼ
フラットな出力音圧周波数特性が得られる。 〔考案の効果〕 以上説明したように、本考案によれば、次のような効
果を奏することができる。 スピーカコーンとエッジとの貼合部の前記スピーカコ
ーンの延長部分と前記エッジとの間に均一な幅の空隙を
設け、該空隙に樹脂のコーティング層からなる固い層を
設けているので、この樹脂のコーティング層からの反射
波との干渉により、無響室での出力音圧周波数特性の10
00〜2000Hz付近に深いディップが発生する。 従って、このような周波数特性を有するスピーカを車
内に設置したとき、従来の車載周波数特性の1000〜2000
Hz付近でのピークと打ち消し合って、ほぼフラットな特
