るための複数のフィンが設けられた放熱部材と、ファン
と、これらを内蔵する筐体とを備え、固体撮像素子を駆
動する駆動手段が設けられた駆動基板によって、筐体内
の固体撮像素子が位置する空間の近傍が固体撮像素子側
である第一の空間と固体撮像素子と離間される側の第二
の空間とに分けられるようになされているとともに、放
熱部材に設けられた複数のフィンの少なくとも一部分が
駆動基板を突き抜けて第二の空間側に位置し、第二の空
間側に突き抜けた複数のフィンに対してファンからの空
気流が与えられて放熱部材の熱を放熱することを特徴と
