2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various work vehicles frequently enter and exit near a doorway of a work vehicle at an outdoor construction site or the like.
In particular, consider the case where heavy equipment such as large dump trucks, power shovels or large crane trucks work, and also improve the work environment and work efficiency, such as dealing with muddy weather in rainy weather, and the basics of high-rise buildings. When large-scale excavation work is involved, such as in the case of construction work, a firmer scaffold is required in the vicinity of the excavation opening end because of the use of heavy equipment, and to prevent accidents such as collapse of the scaffold, etc. Were laid in appropriate places to reinforce the roadbed. And the general iron sheet used for reinforcement as described above is a large size and a thickness of 1 to 3 cm so that it does not move unnecessarily even when heavy equipment or the like moves violently thereon. An iron plate having a weight of 1 to 2 tons per sheet was used, laid out over the entire surface at a predetermined place in the site, a flat bar was laid over an adjacent iron plate, and the two were connected by welding. . However, when such welding is performed, the flat bar must be melted again when the iron sheet is relocated to another place, which is troublesome, and the welding is performed in this manner. If so, repair costs were incurred at the time of return to the leasing company. Further, since no measures are taken to fix the iron sheet to the roadbed, even when heavy machinery or the like repeatedly moves, the thick and heavy iron sheet may easily move.

As described above, when the iron sheet has moved due to the operation of the heavy equipment or the like, the iron sheet had to be laid again and arranged. Because it is a heavy object with a ton, it can not be easily done by human power, it is unavoidable that it may be hooked by the hook of a bucket of a power shovel etc. There was also a problem that there was a danger of work such as pinching of a foot or a finger. Further, when welding is performed with a flat bar, there has been a problem that the relocation operation becomes more complicated as described above.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to provide a plurality of ground reinforcements on a soft ground such as a construction site. It is a connecting tool for piercing and connecting an iron sheet having holes formed at predetermined intervals on a peripheral edge thereof and piercing the ground of the holes, and is capable of straddling between the corresponding holes. And a bent portion in which both legs are formed in a U-shape.

With the above construction, when laying an iron sheet, a predetermined number of iron sheets are arranged according to the site so that the holes face each other, and the foot of the connecting tool is placed in the adjacent hole. It is driven so that the bent part on the side of the part is turned in and fixed to the ground. As described above, both the foot portions of the connecting tool are driven and fixed so as to straddle the holes of both the iron sheets, but the bent portion is formed on the foot side of the connecting tool inserted into the ground. Therefore, it becomes a shape of "ku" in the ground, and it can sufficiently counter external force that tries to pull out the joint together with the iron sheet, and in addition, a large number of iron sheets fixed to the ground are interconnected As a result, the so-called “sharing” is obtained, and as a result, the counterforce against the external force increases synergistically. As a result, even if a heavy machine or the like moves vigorously on the iron sheet, no displacement occurs. And, as before, welding work etc. can be performed quickly from places that do not need it,
The cost is low because no repair cost is required.

[0007] Further, by designing the included angle of the bent portion to 110 degrees, the driving operation is not so difficult,
Further, the pull-out work at the time of relocation can be easily performed using a bar or the like.

A connecting pin for connecting the heads 2a to each other. The head 2a is formed in a U-shape so that the head 2a can be straddled between the corresponding holes 2 and 2, and the distal ends of both feet 2b are formed in a "K" -shape. (A preferable example is a configuration in which the bent portion 2c is formed with a narrow angle of about 110 degrees as shown in FIG. 3).

The both feet 2b have a length adapted to the condition of the ground on which the iron sheet 1 is to be laid (hardness or softness of soil). The cross-sectional shape of the head 3a of the connecting pin 3 is slightly flat to prevent stumbling. (Refer to FIG. 3) Hereinafter, the usage of the iron sheet according to the present invention will be described based on the above configuration.

As described above, the iron sheets 1 each having a thickness of 1 to 2 tons are connected to each other by using the connecting pins 3 and the ground G has a predetermined depth (the length of the foot 3b according to the state of the ground). (The connection pin 3 is used), each of the sheet irons 1 is in a so-called “sharing” state, for example, when heavy equipment such as a power shovel or a crane truck moves violently on the sheet irons 1. Even if the accompanying work is performed, it does not move. In addition, as shown in FIG. 3, the head 3a of the connecting pin 3 is flat in the connected state, so that trouble such as tripping does not occur.

As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of iron sheets 1 having a considerable weight are connected, and each end is firmly driven into the ground G with a foot 3b having a sufficient length. Even if heavy equipment performs a very intense exercise, the connecting pin 3
The iron plate 1 does not move unless it is removed.
Also, although each iron plate 1 is firmly connected,
An appropriate clearance C is secured between the connection pin 3 and the connection pin 3. Therefore, if a predetermined tool such as a bur is used, the operation of intentionally removing the connection pin 3 can be performed quickly and easily, and the work process is involved. The rearrangement of the iron sheet 1 can also be performed relatively smoothly.
