(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】偏平な断面形状を有する2軸延伸ブロー成
形ボトルの製造方法において、金型のボトル底部接地面
の最外周相当部に、底型と胴部型との底部パ−ティング
ラインを設け、かつ該底部パ−ティングラインと胴部型
を分割する二つの胴部パ−ティングラインとの二つの交
点をそれぞれ中心とする幅5〜20mmで高さが0.1
〜0.5mmの二つの凸起部を、底型のボトル底部接地
面の相当部にそれぞれ設けたことを特徴とするPETボ
トルの製造方法。
1. A method for producing a biaxially stretched blow-molded bottle having a flat cross-sectional shape, wherein a bottom parting line between a bottom mold and a body part mold is provided at a portion corresponding to the outermost periphery of a bottle bottom grounding surface of a mold. The width is 5 to 20 mm and the height is 0.1 with the two intersections between the bottom parting line and the two body parting lines dividing the body part mold as centers.
A method of manufacturing a PET bottle, characterized in that two raised portions having a diameter of 0.5 mm are provided at respective portions corresponding to the bottom-side ground contact surface of the bottom type bottle.
