In the conventional method (a), the vertical reinforcing bar is bound to the horizontal reinforcing bar using a metal wire or the like, and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing bar is held at a predetermined height. If not tied, the lower end is lowered, and the thickness of the reinforcing bar is reduced, or the thickness of the reinforcing bar is completely eliminated, exposing the lower end of the reinforcing bar, and the lower end of the reinforcing bar is rusted after the building is completed. If the reinforcing steel rusts, it will impair the aesthetics of the building. If tiles are attached to the rusting part, rusting will cause the tiles to fall, and the spacers will not be used. There is a disadvantage that the arrangement of the vertical reinforcing bars in the position requires a high degree of skill. In the prior art (b), the draining body is not provided with any means for arranging vertical reinforcing bars at a predetermined height at a predetermined interval. The workability could not be improved. The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a space holding member with a drain which can eliminate the above-mentioned disadvantages of the conventional techniques (a) and (b), in other words, to support the vertical reinforcing bars at a predetermined distance. It is an object of the present invention to provide a water draining interval holding body that can maintain the thickness of the lower end of the vertical reinforcing bar constant, improve the workability of the arrangement work, and prevent forgetting to attach the water draining body.

According to the embodiment of the present invention, the lower portion 52a of the outer vertical reinforcing bar 52 is fitted into the bottomed hole 14 of the projection 13 of the spacing member 10 to maintain a predetermined interval. There is no need to check the spacing when arranging the bars, and since the lower ends 52a of the vertical bars 52 are supported by the bottoms 14a 1 and 14b 1 of the holes 14, the upper surface of the formwork 41 and the lower ends 52 of the vertical bars 52 are provided.
The dimension (cover thickness) between a can be set to a desired value without paying special attention. Therefore, there is no problem even if there is an inaccurate part in the binding of the vertical reinforcing bar 52 to the horizontal reinforcing bar 51 by the metal wire 55 or the like, and a bar arranging operation with good workability can be performed even by a non-expert. In addition, the vertical reinforcing bar 54 inside the outer wall covers the lower end 54a thereof, and the thickness holding piece 2
After fitting into the bottomed hole 21 of 0, the inner horizontal reinforcing bar 53 is bound using a metal wire 55 or the like, so that the dimension (covering thickness) between the upper surface of the formwork 42 and the lower end 54a of the vertical reinforcing bar 54 is formed. Can be set to a desired value without paying special attention. The lower end 52a of the vertical reinforcing bar 52 outside the outer wall is fitted into the bottomed hole 14 of the protrusion 13 of the spacing member 10, and the lower end 54a of the vertical reinforcing bar 54 inside covers the bottomed hole of the thickness holding piece 20. 21
And the gap holding body 10 and the covering thickness retaining piece 20 are embedded in the concrete C, so that the lower ends 52a and 54a of the vertical reinforcing bars 52 and 54 on the outer and inner sides of the outer wall are covered and exposed due to insufficient thickness. It does not rust, impair appearance, or cause tiles to fall. At the lower ends on both sides of the rod-shaped portion 11 of the spacing member 10, acute-angled ridges 11 c 1 are formed, and at the lower end of the outer peripheral surface 20 b of the covering thickness holding piece 20, an acute-angled ridge 20 b 1 is formed. Since it is formed, the concrete is easily filled, and there is no possibility that a gap is formed between the space holding body 10 and the covering thickness holding piece 20 and the surrounding concrete C portion. In addition,
In FIG. 10, reference numeral 70 denotes a window frame attached to an opening 60 such as an entrance or a window of a building, and 71 denotes an opening 60 such as an entrance or a window and a window frame 70.
This is a sealing material that fills the gap between them.

The present invention has the following effects (a) to (d) by providing the structure described in each claim of the utility model registration claim. (A) The spacing member according to claim 1 is provided with a plurality of bottomed holes at intervals on a side opposite to the draining portion of the elongated rod having a draining portion, and the lower ends of the vertical reinforcing bars are provided in those holes. Since the parts can be fitted, it is possible to maintain the predetermined spacing simply by attaching the spacing member to a predetermined position on the formwork and fitting the lower portion of the vertical reinforcing bar into the bottomed hole 14. It is possible to set the dimension (cover thickness) between the formwork surface and the lower end of the vertical reinforcing bar to a desired value without paying special attention. Will be possible. Also, since the lower end of the vertical reinforcing bar is fitted into the bottomed hole of the spacing member and the spacing member is embedded in the concrete, the end of the vertical reinforcing bar is insufficiently covered, and the end is exposed. It does not rust, impair appearance, or cause tiles to fall. Further, since the spacing member also serves as the draining body, forgetting to attach the draining body can be completely prevented. (B) As described in claim 2, when a projection is formed on a rod-shaped portion and a bottomed hole is formed in the projection, a bottomed hole having a desired depth can be easily formed. The material for the spacing member can be saved, and the spacing member can be provided at low cost. (C) According to the third aspect, the spacing member can be accurately and easily attached to the mold or the like by using the bottomed drainage groove of the elongated rod. (D) According to the fourth aspect, it is possible to cope with a case where a plurality of types of vertical reinforcing bars are used by using one kind of spacing member, so that a die allowance per one spacing member is provided. Etc. can be reduced, and the spacing member can be provided at low cost.
