第2軸、第3軸及び第6軸が操舵軸で、旋回中、後部張
出し量を抑える為、通常ステアリング中心線を第4軸と
第5軸の中心線上の点O1 にとられる(図2)。第1
軸、第2軸、第3軸及び第6軸のステアリング機構はリ
ンクロッド2で機械的に結合されている(図2)。大型
車である為パワステアリングが必要で、図3に示す如く
ハンドルの回転を切換弁1に伝え、各軸に設けたパワ−
シリンダ3で操舵力を倍力する方法をとっている。

ッド7aで連結され、該溝付ロッドの溝11には電気ス
イッチ8で操作可能なエアシリンダ7bの作動で上下し
前記溝11と嵌脱するピン7cを有し、さらに非固定時
にはスイッチ5で切換弁4を介して油圧をパワ−シリン
ダに送り操舵可能にした。

車軸が操舵軸で第1軸、第2軸、第3軸及び第6軸は従
来のステアリング方式と同じで、パワ−ステアリング装
置を使用しリンクロッド2で結合されている。そして残
る第4軸と第5軸は図8に示す如くリンク6とステアロ
ック装置7で連結し、通常の走行時(図11)にはステ
アロック装置7でロックされ第4軸と第5軸はフレ−ム
9に固定される。更にパワ−シリンダを装備し、別のポ
ンプ10で発生した油圧を切換弁4で切換え左右にタイ
ヤを切るようにしている。前方の3軸を逆位相に切ると
カウンタ−モ−ド(図12)、同位相に切るとクラブモ
−ド(図13)になる。第4軸と第5軸の操舵はスイッ
チ5で行ない、スイッチ5を入れている間だけ操舵さ
れ、スイッチ5を切るとその状態でストップするように
している。図10を参照してステアロック装置7の詳細
について説明する。第4軸と第5軸間に溝付ロッド7dが
あり、タイヤが直進位置に合う位置に溝11が設けてあ
り、これにピン7cが嵌脱される。嵌挿はスプリング7aで
挿入し、エア−シリンダ7bでピン7cを上方に抜くとフリ
−になる。

ラブモ−ドの両走行が可能となる。
