【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は、車体上の運転台と荷台間にクレーンを配設
した架装式クレーン車に関するものである。
(従来の技術)
前記架装式クレーン車の従来例を第4,5図によつて説
明すると、車体(1)上の運転席(2)と荷台(3)間
に適宜の機構で旋回操作される旋回基台(4)を設置
し、旋回基台(4)上に立設したブームポスト(5)の
上端部にピン(6)で伸縮式ブーム(7)を連設して、
旋回基台(4)と伸縮式ブーム(7)間にブーム用シリ
ンダ(8)をピン(9a)(9b)で連結した構造になつて
おり、第4図に示すように運転席(2)上に伸縮式ブー
ム(7)を短縮、配置して走行し、例えば、第5図に示
すよう建築物(a)に近接させて配車し、ブーム用シリ
ンダ(8)による伸縮式ブーム(7)の揺動による起伏
操作とともに、旋回基台(4)の旋回操作、伸縮式ブー
ム(7)の伸縮操作によつてクレーン操作される構造に
なつている。図中(10)は車体固定、保持用のアウトリ
ガ装置である。
(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
従来の前記架装式クレーン車は、架装式になつていて
公道を自走できる長所を有しているが、車幅、車高など
の制限からブームポストの高さが制限され、クレーン性
能に重要な揚程は伸縮式ブームの揺動による起伏と伸縮
のみに限られて自ら限界があり、作業範囲が狭くなつて
おり、建築物に近接したり道路幅が狭いなどの道路事情
や作業現場の状況によつてクレーン作業が著しく制限さ
れるなどの問題点がある。
(問題点の解決手段)
本考案は、前記のような問題点に対処するための架装
式クレーン車であつて、車体上の運転席と荷台間に配置
された旋回基台上にリンク用シリンダで揺動されるリン
クと揺動可能な垂直ブーム用シリンダを間隔をおき枢着
して立設し、前記リンクと前記垂直ブーム用シリンダの
両上端部に枢着され前記旋回基台上で水平と垂直に操作
される伸縮式の垂直ブームを連設するとともに、前記垂
直ブームの先端部に水平ブーム用シリンダで揺動される
伸縮式の水平ブームを連設したことにより、車体上の運
転台と荷台間にコンパクトに折り畳み収納可能にすると
ともに、車体の上方および水平方向への伸長操作量を拡
大して、操作性能とともにクレーン作業性能を向上して
前記のような問題点を解消している。
(作用)
垂直ブーム自体の短縮とともにリンク用シリンダによ
るリンクの揺動と垂直ブーム用シリンダの短縮により、
垂直ブームが倒伏されて旋回基台上に水平に配置され、
水平ブーム用シリンダの短縮および水平ブーム自体の短
縮により水平ブームが水平配置の前記垂直ブーム上に折
り畳まれて、垂直ブームおよび水平ブームが運転席と荷
台間にコンパクトに折り畳み収納され操車が円滑になる
とともに、逆操作によつてリンクおよび垂直ブーム用シ
リンダを介し垂直ブームが旋回基台上で起立されて揚程
が大きく確保され、水平ブームの長さが水平方向に最大
限に発揮されてクレーン作業範囲が大幅に拡大される。
(実施例)
第1図ないし第3図に本考案の一実施例を示してお
り、図中(1)は車体、(2)は運転席、(3)は荷
台、(10)はアウトリガ装置であつて、車体(1)上の
運転席(2)と荷台(3)間に適宜の旋回機構によつて
旋回基台(4)が旋回操作可能に設置され、該旋回基台
(4)上に、リンク用シリンダ(13)で車幅方向に揺動
されるリンク(11)と同方向に揺動可能な垂直ブーム用
シリンダ(12)を車幅方向間隔をおきピンで枢着(11
a)(12a)して連結、立設し、リンク(11)と前記シリ
ンダ(12)の両上端部に垂直ブームをピンで枢着(14
a)(14b)して、垂直ブーム(14)の先端部に水平ブー
ム用シリンダ(16)で揺動される水平ブーム(15)をピ
ンで枢着(15a)して連設している。
垂直ブーム(14)、水平ブーム(15)は、基部(1
4′)(15′)に対して伸縮操作される伸縮ブーム(1
4″)(15″)を有し、基部(14′)(15′)に設けた
伸縮用シリンダ(図示省略)などにより伸縮操作される
伸縮式になつており、垂直ブーム(14)基部の巻上装置
(18)から繰り出されたワイヤ(19)が、プーリ(図示
省略)を介し伸縮ブーム(15″)先端部のプーリ(19
a)に掛けられ、同ワイヤ(19)の先端に吊具(20)が
取り付けられ昇降操作可能に吊設されている。図中(16
a)(16b)は水平ブーム用シリンダ(16)両端部のピン
枢着部、(13a)(13b)はリンク用シリンダ(13)両端
部のピン枢着部であり、前記各シリンダは、適宜の油圧
回路を介して2車体側の油圧源に連結されて制御され
る。
本考案の実施例は、前記のような構成になつているの
で、第1,2図に示すように垂直ブーム(14)自体を短縮
するとともに、リンク用シリンダ(13)の伸長によるリ
ンク(11)の図示左側への揺動と垂直ブーム用シリンダ
(12)の短縮で、垂直ブーム(14)が倒伏され旋回基台
(14)上に水平に配置されるとともに、水平ブーム(1
5)自体を短縮し、水平ブーム用シリンダ(16)の短縮
によつて水平ブーム(15)が水平配置の前記垂直ブーム
(14)上に折り畳まれて配置され、垂直ブーム(14)お
よび水平ブーム(15)が運転席(14)と荷台(15)間に
コンパクトに折り畳み収納されるため、クレーンが操車
の妨げにならず通常の車両と同様に操車される。
また、アウトリガ装置(10)を伸長させて車体(1)
を地上に固定支持し、リンク用シリンダ(13)の短縮に
よりリンク(11)の上端部を旋回基台(4)の旋回中心
側へ揺動して垂直ブーム(14)の基部を前記旋回中心上
に配置するとともに、垂直ブーム用シリンダ(12)を伸
長して垂直ブーム(14)を垂直配置とし垂直ブーム(1
4)自体を伸長させると、水平ブーム(15)の基部が高
く保持されてその長さが最大限に活用されるようにな
り、水平ブーム用シリンダ(16)の伸縮による水平ブー
ム(15)の上下揺動とともに水平ブーム(15)自体の伸
縮、旋回基台(4)の旋回、さらにまた、垂直ブーム
(14)の傾動の総合操作によつて、水平ブーム(15)先
端に吊設されている吊具(20)の揚程および水平方向の
操作範囲が大幅に拡大されクレーン性能が著しく向上さ
れている。
(考案の効果)
このように本考案によるときは車体上の運転席2と荷
台3間に設置された旋回基台4上にリンク11と揺動可能
な垂直ブーム用シリンダ12とを、前記リンク11の上部に
枢着されるリンク用シリンダ13を中間として間隔をおき
枢着して立設し、前記リンク11と前記垂直ブーム用シリ
ンダ12の両上端部に枢着され前記旋回基台4上で水平と
垂直に操作される伸縮式の垂直ブーム14を連設したから
リンク用シリンダ13を作動させれば垂直ブーム14は垂直
ブーム用シリンダ12との枢着点14bが支点となり垂直ブ
ーム14がリンク11と反対側に揺動し、また垂直ブーム用
シリンダ12を作動させれば垂直ブーム14はリンク11との
枢着点14aが支点となり垂直ブーム14が垂直姿勢となり
従って垂直ブーム14は垂直姿勢から後方へ傾斜する任意
の倒伏角が得られるため車体2側への吊り込みが容易と
なり、而も垂直ブーム14の先端部に水平ブーム用シリン

び垂直ブーム用シリンダ12を介し垂直ブーム14が旋回基
台上で起立されて揚程が大きく確保され、水平ブーム15
の長さが水平方向に最大限に発揮され、クレーン作業範
囲が大幅に拡大されて操車性能とともにクレーン作業性
