2. Description of the Related Art The inventor of the present invention discloses Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 3-40859 (hereinafter referred to as Conventional Example 1).
Hereinafter, the same components as those in this embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals. ) As a dyeing method. This conventional example 1
If the amount of dyeing liquid fed to the inside of the object to be dyed 1 (thread winding body 8a) is reduced, the temperature inside the thread winding body 8a becomes higher than that at the outside, and good dyeing cannot be performed (such temperature difference). It is well known in the dyeing art that the dyeing results in poor dyeing.) On the other hand, if the dyeing liquid feed rate is increased in order to increase the dyeing liquid pressure inside the thread winding body 8a,
Due to the two requirements that a thread line is generated in (a) (leakage state) and good dyeing is not possible, an appropriate differential pressure (thread winding 8
The difference between the dyeing liquid pressures inside and outside a) is calculated, and dyeing is performed with this appropriate pressure difference.

However, when the dyeing method according to Conventional Example 1 was repeatedly tried, it was found that, in the case of Conventional Example 1,
When the thread winding density between the thread winding body 8b tested by the dyeing tester b and the thread winding body 8a arranged in the dyeing device a is changed, an appropriate differential pressure must be obtained each time, and an appropriate differential pressure is obtained each time. It was confirmed that uneven dyeing occurs with a small probability when dyeing is performed without obtaining.

For example, a wound body 8b formed by winding a wool yarn.
When an appropriate differential pressure and frequency are obtained by the dyeing tester b using the sample as a sample, if the wound body 8a having the same wound density as the sample is arranged in the dyeing device a, the uneven dyeing does not occur. Since there is a manufacturing error in the wound body 8a, it is inevitable that the winding density is not uniform. This means that if the dyeing tester b finds appropriate differential pressure and frequency using the wound body 8b wound once with the wool yarn as a sample, the wound body 8a wound with the wool yarn is dyed in the dyeing device a. This means that the test by the dyeing tester b cannot be eliminated. That is, if the yarns are the same, the dyeing tester b cannot be used once.

Therefore, if dyeing is performed while maintaining such an inappropriate pressure difference, it is natural that thread winding is likely to occur in the thread winding body 8a, and the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the thread winding body 8a is naturally increased. Is likely to occur and uneven dyeing occurs.

In order to solve such a problem, a dyeing tester b may perform a dyeing test every time dyeing is performed in the dyeing device a, but this is very troublesome.

Therefore, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides
Japanese Patent Application No. 3-208256 (hereinafter, referred to as Conventional Example 2) is a dyeing method capable of completely eliminating uneven dyeing without correcting the inadequate differential pressure and frequency one by one to set an appropriate differential pressure. Proposed.

That is, in the dyeing methods of Conventional Examples 1 and 2, the inventor of the present invention further provides a dyeing liquid flow passage not only in one direction from the inside to the outside of the bobbin 8a but also from the outside to the inside. , And considered that good dyeing could be possible.

However, the switching of the flow path of the dye liquor supplied by the dye liquor supply device 2a must be performed in a short time. If this switching is not done in a short time, that is, if the dyeing liquid feed rate is too long, the dyeing liquid temperature rises because the heating unit 38a is operating during this time, and the dyeing liquid temperature increases. Poor dyeing occurs due to an increase in temperature (it is well known that dyeing failure occurs when the dyeing liquid temperature is inappropriate).

Continue, increase the dyeing liquid pressure inside the bobbin body 8a for an appropriate time (increase about 20% in frequency), return the dyeing liquid pressure inside the bobbin body 8a to the original value, and repeat this (Fig. 3). Temporary bobbin 8a
Increasing the dye pressure inside the liquid causes a pulsating flow in the dye,
Due to this pulsating flow, the thread line that is being formed in the thread winding body 8a is closed, and the thread is returned to the thread winding body 8a in a normal state in which the thread is wound evenly, and a temperature difference occurs between the inside and outside of the thread winding body 8a. This is to correct this temperature difference. The time for temporarily increasing the dyeing liquid pressure inside the bobbin 8a is until the time when the bobbin 8a bulges outward to try to escape from the inside of the bobbin 8a to the outside. Immediately after swelling, restore the dyeing solution pressure. If the time for raising the dyeing liquid pressure is too long, or the degree of raising the dyeing liquid pressure is too large, the dyeing liquid will be wound on the wound body 8a.
Of the thread wound body 8a, an interval (thread edge) is formed in the wound thread portion of the thread winding body 8a, and the shape of the thread winding body 8a collapses, so that good dyeing is not performed. Further, if the time for raising the dyeing liquid pressure is too short, or the degree of raising the dyeing liquid pressure is too small, the differential pressure eventually causes the wound body 8a to be dyed.
As a result, the pressure difference remains unsuitable for the dyeing, so that good dyeing cannot be performed.

Subsequently, while observing the frequency indicator 5a so that the same differential pressure P 1 is obtained, the differential pressure measuring device 4a is adjusted and the warming portion 38a is operated to warm the dye solution to an appropriate temperature. The dyeing liquid flow path switching unit is operated to pass the dyeing liquid from the outside to the inside of the thread winding body 8a to dye the thread winding body 8a.
The dyeing with the pressure difference P 1 is continued for a certain time (about several minutes) by the timer 22a.

In this embodiment, the switching of the flow paths is completed in a short time by the braking function of the inverter. In this embodiment, this switching is about 5 seconds. Generally, in order to reverse the motor, it is necessary to consider the load on the motor, and it is difficult to reverse the motor in a short time. In this embodiment, as described above, the braking function of the inverter is used, so that the reverse rotation can be performed in a very short time.

Further, in this embodiment, in order to prevent the dyeing liquid temperature from rising as much as possible, the heating section and the flow path are switched so that the operation of the heating section 38a is stopped immediately before the switching of the flow path. It is configured to control in conjunction with.

Further, in this embodiment, the wound body 8a
When passing the dye liquor from the outer side to the inner side, a pulsating flow is generated, and when the dye liquor is passed from the outer side to the inner side of the bobbin 8a, the pulsating flow does not act. This is because when the dye liquor is passed from the outside to the inside, the pulsating flow presses the thread winding body 8a, causing the shape winding of the thread winding body 8a to be deformed.

Wool yarn was selected as the yarn to be dyed. The wound body 8b of the wool yarn as a sample is set in the dyeing tester b, and an experiment is carried out several times, and an appropriate differential pressure P 1 without uneven dyeing is confirmed by the differential pressure measuring device 4b. It is assumed that the pressure difference P 1 is now 0.2 kg / cm 2 .

Therefore, a desired number of the wound body 8a wound with the same wool yarn as the tested wool yarn is set on the dyeing device a shown in FIG. 1 at the site so that the differential pressure becomes 0.2 kg / cm 2. While observing the frequency indicator 5a, adjust the inverter 3a to stain for about 15 to 120 seconds, and then about 3
The differential pressure is set to 0.29 kg / cm 2 for ~ 12 seconds, and about 15 ~ again.
The differential pressure is set to 0.2 kg / cm 2 for 120 seconds, and then the dyeing liquid flow path is switched and reversed, and dyeing is performed in the same manner (however, in the opposite case, the differential pressure P is not increased. ), And this was repeated for dyeing, and no uneven staining occurred. Since it is desirable to increase the differential pressure of 0.29 kg / cm 2 temporarily by about 20% (1.2 times) at the frequency as described above, (1.2) 2 × 0.2≈ 0.29
It was calculated from
